Bagels & Cream — Restaurant in Norton

Wow service is horrible, im from jersey so I dont expect a whole conversation but no hello go to the counter guy puts his head up just stares at me I said hello he just says ok 🙄 so I juet order nothing silence not a ok few mins be right up than I look over and 5 other ppl look miserable im not even sure they're making my bagel I was about to just ask for my $ back than a girl a bag puts her hand up than again silence I got my ice coffee took a sip disgusting threw it right in the garbage and Im a avid coffee drinker so I dont just throw a ice coffee away, taste the bagel itself is decent but the toppings look old and something threw on the floor and slapped it on even took pics it was that inedible..it was just gross unwelcoming and gave me bad vibes to say the least I want to ask the owner for my $ back .. I gave it 2 stars bc the actual bagel is decent and I know bagels cream cheese...

Went in for a salmon (on a) bagel with cream cheese. Never been more disappointed. It was 95% cream cheese. Literally about 1 ounce of lox/salmon strips. Complained to a woman who was swearing profusely at someone else who worked there when I entered the establishment. She was not understanding or hospitable. Told her I it lacked salmon, that a 5 yr old would be left starving... Literally. Also, told her that I had been to her competition, Back Bay Bagel Company in Brockton, and that their same bagel has about 3-5 times more salmon on it. She disregarded that completely. She also refused to refund it, instead offered an in store gift card. Why would I want to return to use that at a place where they are rude, and the only thing I'd want there is severely lacking?

Not recommended! Would give 0 stars if possible.

PS, I gave them back their gift card, and told them I will not...

Half the price of Starbucks yet twice as good, not just in my opinion, but they actually converted my wife who is a DIEHARD Starbucks person, to try and LOVE their Iced coffee, and they have so many different flavors that so far are all fantastic.

The line is usually long during the morning time and on weekends but they move FAST and their customer service is impeccable, haven’t had a bad interaction yet! The bagel sandwiches are amazing and the combo of the iced coffee (get the large, cream and sugar pumpkin spice or snickerdoodle or chocolate banana combo) and the bagels is perfect for a quick breakfast that is affordable to.
