Norton House of Pizza — Restaurant in Norton

I ordered from 3 large pizzas, and 2 sides of fries from Norton house on November 3,2022. When I arrived they were a little busy. While waiting in line for my pick up a customer enter the restaurant with a pizza and said that she hadn't ordered a buffalo chicken pizza (a pizza that was in my order) they took the pizza and put it on the rack with the other to go orders and gave her the right box. When it was my turn in line I watched as the woman in the front took the pizza that had been returned and add it to my stack with the other two pizzas. I am not one for confrontation I paid for the food and went to the car to ask my boyfriend how he felt about the situation as it wasn't the pizza I was eating but his. He encouraged me to return the pizza and ask for a refund or a remake. I went back into the restaurant with the pizza the woman had looked as me and asked "wrong pizza, need a meat lovers?" I replied "no this is the buffalo chicken that got returned" before I could ask anything else she took the pizza and brought to the back and a new one was being made. she was pleasant about it, however when she was talking to the gentlemen who was cutting pizzas about it he replied with frustration "who cares". I did receive a new pizza, however they did not offer a refund, or coupons for a next visit and by the time I made it home to eat dinner the fries and other two pizzas were cold from the wait. It was a horrible experience and I am really disappointed that if I was not there to see the customer return my pizza the staff would have let me go home and eat a pizza that left the store...

Absolutely fantastic place! We were in town for a game and the owners and their team worked so well with us. Super easy to communicate, order, and pay. Our large order was meticulously labeled and everything was perfect! Each of my players loved what they ordered. Everything came to us hot, made to order, and delivered right on time. This place is hit or miss. We always order a House Special. Sometimes it's loaded and packed with toppings and plenty of cheese, like I'd expect for $20, but, other times... and more often than not lately, the toppings are VERY skimpy and I feel ripped-off. Last time I felt like going back in and throwing the pizza at the woman who made it. When we order from Mansfield House of Pizza it's ALWAYS, consistently awesome. Just being consistent with their quality would really improve this establishment and...
