This Dunkin has recently been updated, with some new staff and a new manager. Routinely, being only one of two locations in Norton, and being directly off the highway; the location gets random individuals from flowing traffic, morning rushes, and afternoon rushes alike, mixed in with the people that work in the early morning and regulars. The store itself runs how it is told to be ran by upper management, and the flow of traffic cannot be controlled as the United States is a free country. If someone has waited a long time for a simple order, keep in mind that the car in front of you, is the person who took your time, certainly not the team in the store. You may have ordered a medium iced coffee and a donut, but the car in front of you ordered 2 lattés, a frozen drink, hot beverages with espresso shots, plus bakery items, plus multiple sandwich items. Many reviews left here have been from individuals angry about restroom access, and the restroom is public and accessible, but the door is locked. It must be this way from upper management, NOT from the manager in the store’s choice and certainly not from the choice of any of the staff on the floor. The restroom can be accessed once the line has been cleared inside the store, and the urgency of your need may not be met because you are at a privately owned Dunkin Donuts, not at a truck stop, not at park and ride. Items are ordered and delivered daily from corporate owned warehouses and bakeries, and therefore some items become unavailable beyond control of the store manager or staff. Cooperation is appreciated as there are limits to authority— and it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s never THAT serious. If a mistake has been made, simply have patients, and come into the front counter and explain the issue, it will be rectified with assurance. Exceptions cannot be made by anybody due to further misunderstood discipline from upper management, individuals who do not spend time within the operating store. The anger is incorrectly directed. Do not be angry with the crew who is working to fill every order to the point on the ticket, be angry with the person in front of you for robbing YOU of your time with their order. The orders need to be made, and they will continue to be made. 7 people vs. well over 1,000 people before 9am. Nearly all of these people have multiple in their order, and crew members can only work as quickly as machinery will allow. Screaming and cussing and insulting someone will not make a machine brew any quicker, screaming and insulting crew members with families, parents, and children about locked restrooms to avoid property defacement and overdoses will not relieve you of your urge or close open tickets any quicker to get that door unlocked. You’re a paying customer, in line for work in the morning to order a coffee, and I walk away from you ordered and paying to let someone who isn’t even buying an item into the restroom because they’re screaming about it from the sideline while you’re in the middle of telling me your order, then get online and tell me how I was terrible… how about going into town, and stepping into the bank and telling the bank teller he’s a terrible person and the bank is awful because I don’t have 2 dollar bills, or tell the bank teller that he/she is a terrible teller because the client chooses to come in to deposit $7,500.00 in $1 bills while you have a pre-filled withdrawal slip to cash in. Is the energy the same? Get a grip. Reviews on this page and others will tell you the individual’s dissatisfaction, but will not tell you how that individual threatened the safety of a woman over a cup of coffee, how they threw a beverage at 190 degrees directly at an individual with a family at home just out of rage— they won’t tell you how they scream and yell and embarrass their families over a mistake on their end. There are women, young females, and several men all of which have children, families, and lives outside of this business. Orders are accurate, but mistakes happen and they WILL be rectified. Have a little...
Read moreWow wow wow. I don’t know where to begin. The customer service at this location was absolutely disgusting to the point of which I need the cameras to be looked back by the district manager and corporate. Firstly, when placing my order, I asked for my bacon to be made fresh and my cheese to be melted. When I got to the window, the sandwhich was cold which told me she did not do what I had asked. Upon further inspection, my cheese was not melted and the bacon was old. I asked for it to be remade. The manager came over to the window and said that everything is made in batches and that they do not do custom orders and that if I had anything specific I wanted I needed to come inside and that I was running up her drive thru time then shoved the sandwich back in my hand. I then went inside and immediately asked for the manager (at this point, I didn’t know that this woman was the manager), and I asked for the store number. I was told that they didn’t need to give me the store number and the manager did not want to come over. I then told them that they did need to give me the store number so that I could call corporate. I was then told “you should’ve gotten it on your receipt” in which my response was “if you were doing your job correctly, I would have received my receipt.” After going back and forth for a few minutes, I told them that I wanted my money back and I didn’t want them to remake or fix anything because their attitudes are disgusting. As things were getting heated, another (male) employee came over to try to consult me to see what was going on to which the manager kept screaming to him “stop talking to her.” Referring to me. Following that, the manager tried to hand me the sandwhich and I reiterated that I wanted my refund and I didn’t want anything from their Dunkin. She then took the sandwich bag and THREW IT with full force across the store. After that, all bets were off… she told me that I was no longer allowed to go there which, I’m not sure if she was smoking crack or what but I was NEVER giving that Dunkin my business again. I’ll be calling the health department as I saw the same gloves being used to prepare food AND the food that they make in “batches” have been sitting in the warmer for past 30 minutes given the...
Read morePlace is absolutely filthy, there's a girl at the front taking orders with dirty jeans and filthy hands, she continued to bite her fingers and then grab donuts and bagels with those same hands, you ask to use the restroom and they all get so aggravated and say there is no key and the manager took it home! I work in construction and stopped there for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and wanted to wash my hands and was told "Oh Well" I said can I use the other bathroom and again I was told Nope, the tall skinny skid was trying to be helpful so he asked another older short miserable lady if she knew if there was another key because I wanted to wash my hands and she literally looked right at me and said "Looks like you will have to go elsewhere" the owner really needs to go in there and look at how dirty it is and also tell his employees to wash there cloths and hands and maybe let them know how gross it is for a customer to watch his employees chew there fingers and then grab the customers food without gloves! For some reason every single employee in that place is miserable and Rude, I'm a paying customer and should be able to wash my hands!!! I'll be reporting this place to corporate in hopes that something changes, one more thing the owner should do is make sure is employees aren't swearing while children are in there presence and tell Cindy to leave the key to the bathrooms and not take them home, the kid that was trying to help said under his Breath Cindy doesn't want customers using the bathroom and that's probably why she took the key he said she does it on a regular basis!! Horrible place and I'll be going up the street from now on to Mansfield ave it's only 3...
