Welch's Dairy Cream — Restaurant in Norton

While their product is still good, their service has gotten awful in the past couple or three years. During that time I only went because my daughter wanted to go. But today finally tore it for both of us. They got both our orders wrong ... and they were NOT complicated. Just one medium scoop of a flavor in a medium cup for each of us. Upon being handed the wrong thing in a cone, rather than a cup, I asked them what the problem was. No answer. I asked if they had problems hearing over the speaker island. One girl, who acted like a zombie, said "no" in a vacuous tone of voice. I asked her what the problem was. Vacuously, she said "I dont know", then walked away. There is also no phone number to leave questions, comments or concerns for someone in responsible charge. In the 7 years I have gone there, I have only seen the owner once. 4th time I’ve been here in the past 2 months while in Ohio visiting and let me tell you the past two times no crunch coat, what ice cream stand runs out and makes a excuse summer is ending ok summers ending august 1st. Ok. The other day went thru drive thru ordered 2 Cherry medium slushies with sorbert and payed and she comes to window and says no more sorbert only enough for one gives me a cup with one spoon worth in the half full slush, other one I had to substitute dole whip which was filled to top. Very upsetting for a small town ice cream stand that’s extremely overpriced and don’t have anything special, there product is cheapest of cheap nothing great, all generic brands. There’s a total of one girl there and one boy that actually know there job. God I wish the welches would of never sold this place. Way downhill, take the drive to Durbins it’s quality ice cream and there never out of anything. Who closes at 9 and cuts off food at 8 in the summer. It’s crazy. Bad...

Waited in line for 20 minutes and ordered four shakes and then waited about another 10 for only three shakes to come out and I had told the girl working there was one more and she said it was coming. I waited probably 10 minutes while three families behind me all had their ice cream now and i told her I was still waiting and the same girl who said it was coming told me I never ordered a fourth one and I needed to take my problem up with someone else this girls name was Addison when I told her she needed to get rid of the attitude she thought it was so funny and continued to talk to the other girls and make fun of me thankfully the one worker Mariah took care of the problem.
