Just a great spot. Period. Friendly staff - from the folks adding wood to the awesome fire, to the kitchen staff, to the bartenders - everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. This is an awesome spot for great eats and a fun beer selection in the winter or summer. They’ve got the fire going outside, but even inside they have super strong heat fans cranking so you get an outdoor feel while staying comfy cozy. Decent mix of beers, and they’re on Untappd which is a plus, but definitely not at the top of the list for new daughters after IPAs or IIPAs. Large selection of Sours and Goses - if that’s your jam then you do you.
Super cozy feel with one side more food focused and the other more bar focused. Both with plenty of seating and tv’s. Dogs are welcome both outside and inside which is awesome.
I ended up getting a pizza this time around and it was epic. Meat pizza plus cherry peppers - super thin and toasty crust with a few delicious burned areas. Yum. Will define a spot I come back to next time my kids have practice...
Read moreIt was our first time there and Abi E was our bartender. As we sat down he rushed us to order our drinks. I asked if I could try the glass wall and passionfruit cider, he said “ i’m not cracking a can for you to taste” his coworker said we have it on top so he rudely poured me a little bit for me to try. Then I started looking at a menu and he said if you want food you can’t order it here. You have to go over there and point it to the Pizza area to order your food. It was OK until I ordered my cider and my husband ordered his drink for him to literally not even wait for us to have a sip of our drinks to start asking if we were going to keep our tab open or close it out. I swear in 30 seconds he must’ve asked us four times if we were keeping it open or if we were closing it out. That’s when I told him to give me a second and he said I need to know I basically closed my tab out paid for my drinks. And left kind of sad because the vibe seems like it was a good one. But too bad for Abi he should not be working in the...
Read moreWe hosted our son's 1st birthday party at 314 Beer Garden in September and I can't even put into words how amazing the day was! From the first phone call asking if they'd host the party to the follow up after the event, everything was perfect. We had over 100 people including babies, kids, and adults and the staff pulled it off flawlessly. The food was amazing, and the servers were proactive with taking orders and always finding people to give them what they need. Jackie (314's event planner) was always so quick to respond to my emails and was genuinely excited to help me plan the party, which made the experience so much better! The manager and staff were so attentive and kind throughout the entire party, I had multiple guests coming up to me complimenting them, the venue, and saying how wonderful the everything was. We've also been to 314 on various occasions with friends, and it's always a great experience. I highly recommend 314 Beer Garden for any event, or just a day...
