Been a pretty loyal customer for the past few years. I placed an order tonight around 6:30 for delivery and was quoted a half hour for delivery. After 70 minutes had gone by (with three hungry little kids) I called back to check on my order. I was told that my order was just now being made. I reminded the employee that I had ordered over an hour ago and I was quoted 30 minutes and his response was; I don't know why they told you that. Now very frustrated I asked for the manager. Manager by the name of Mike, I believe, came on the phone after a few more minutes had gone by. After explaining my situation to him he then proceeded to pretty much tell me the same thing the first employee told me. Obviously, I was more than irritated by this point. He very unsympatheticly and rudely told me I'd have to wait another half hour. I told him I had 3 hungry kids that were waiting on pizza and to cancel the order. He then cancelled the order and did not apologize once nor did he offer to rectify the situation. He was alright with losing a customer. Unfortunately, Domino's in Norwalk has lost my respect and my business. I have always been a fan of Domino's and their products but there are many other pizza places in Norwalk and from now on I will be patroning those other establishments. I would have been more understanding if they would have been truthful and tried to make things "right by the customer"; but the employees I spoke with showed no signs of caring about my plight and were very rude and unapologetic. For those reasons, I'm taking my money elsewhere. I worked at Pizza Hut for many years and know what good customer service is. The customer is always right and you want to do everything to keep the customer.
@Domino's: Make sure your employees are looking out for the customers because even though I'm only one customer; that's one more customer that will be contributing to your...

I have been forced to amend my five star review. First my order said ready on the big screen. a big screen that you assumed actually mean something like there is some sort of process has it goes from one step to another ensuring that nothing is screwed up along the way. Apparently the big screen is just there for visual fluff. Because the first time I went in to pick up my order and it says ready oh well apparently we didn't even put it in. How does it go from being made to baking to quality check to ready every step along the way and it never gets made? you understand my dilemma that this raises a serious question has to their order tracking system. Apparently it means absolutely nothing and it's just a colorful graph on a screen. normally forgetting to make my order would be worth a single star deduction and I probably wouldn't have even bothered to do it. But here's the kicker. after he apologizes and asks me what car I'm in and says I'll bring it right out as soon as it's done and would be about 10 minutes. So I sit there for, oh, 20 minutes. Walk back in where's my food??? Oh, ahhh.... ITS BEEN SITTING THERE HASNT IT? Uh, I forgot. So yeah, got screwed twice and cold food to boot after waiting an hour.

Read moreI love pizza, I just love pizza so most times any pizza will do BUT-I love Domino’s Pizza for two reasons: 1) it’s good pizza and 2) thanks to Domino’s we can all get pizza just about anywhere for a decent price cause they keep the market competitive out there. And from my perspective Domino’s tastes just as good to me as any pizza I’ve had and just paid too much for. I like their spices on the crust edge and how you get to lick it off your fingers after every piece, tonight they were generous with the sauce even tho I just asked for normal sauce, the pizza glistened when I opened the box, each piece was warm and stayed warm even after my 10 minute drive to my patio, there was plenty of toppings throughout each piece and did I mention it just tastes good-besides-I usually do carry out at both Huron and Norwalk cause they are really nice, greet you when you walk in and genuinely seem to care that I chose to stop by. So where are you eating tonight? I used their online coupon 2 or more entrees for $6.99 each and it says I saved $11.64,…what else can I say but “head...
