In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Norwalk

ABYSMAL , WRETCHED...To be specific this location is usually above average but the team being helmed Wed Dec 21 @6:30 pm was totally in DISARRAY , CONFUSED , INEPT and INEFFECTIVE..I watched three orders in a row before me all with major errors go unrepaired..A large party of Asian visitors was given their order in a HAPHAZARD" ,take what you get" fashion very UNBUSINESS like,the young man before me in line had to go out of his way to help this group which obviously had a language barrier..I did the exact thing for the next group!! Where was the in n out team? THEY DIDN'T CARE !they didn't put the human touch into the burger sales ..Don't know what that team manager tells his team but POOR LEADERSHIP is evident!! Would give two thumbs down if I could !! But my issue is I attempted to purchase $300 dollars of gift certificates but when they wouldn't let me use $100 in credit they just went on to the next person totally bypassing me though I stood there with $200 cash in my hand attempting to purchase what I could..After this SLAP IN THE FACE !! I figure they must be so high and mighty here that they can afford to ignore and insult every potential $200.00 sale that walks up to Thier window..Gonna buy McDonald's gift certificates this year as seeing this company doesn't want the cash!!...

Haven't been here in years, with all the hype and crowds.... I won't wait in line for a burger anymore.... This pace at 5 points has been here Iike forever, and years ago I was a regular...

We'll, I got a sudden burst of hunger and glanced over to only see 4 in line on each side.... The shock.., I thought they were closed!! So I flipped a U'ie and got in line!!

The speaker worked perfectly!! Just this left me stunned... I Got me a pair of double doubles and fries, Yea price went up!!

But I was amazed at the energy of this kid, I really had to check my watch, it's after Midnite and I'm dragging, this kid sounded like he just started his shift... Obvious he loves his job!!

Now the burgers were better then I remembered, a big positive!! I asked for extra onion and I GOT extra onion!! Now the fries could use some work, but for a bit over $2 I'm not complaining..

Literally, in n Out, no matter how long the line is, thanks to mobility of the order takers advancing throughout line. Can't say I've had an error in my other. This location is as convenient as any other InnOut establishment. The real test is if they agree to make certain unorthodox meals found in their secret menu. Like the animal style fries mixed sprinkle with meat. I forgot the name. I've heard some spots will do it, and spots won't. It is what it is. I've been ordering 4x4 with no union or tomatoes, animal style fries with a 7UP. Last time, I ordered two 4x4 no onion or tomato and two animal style fries with 1 7UP. Why, you asked? Because they were for me. Perhaps I am a sick puppy and should seek help. Before things get out of hand. You what? It's been out of hand. There's no turning back from 4x4 to 3x3.
