Asylum Street Pizza — Restaurant in Norwich

Much to my Shock , I started getting a not so good reception there making legitimate statements on mistakes made made and only one time something in the food Instead, of kindly, , AS I HAD ALways been ,) correcting the mistakes, I was given an offer of returning my money for the food and not coming back there, by the who I thot was a friendly owner previously. I was so shocked after that To be treated that way, I would never lie about something being wrong just to get my money back for the food. I did not take the money back for the food this time and I'm taking him up on not ever coming back. I'm very upset about this. I care more about human interaction and correcting legit mistakes , and leaving the restaurant or going off the phone satisfied on both sides, rather than having animosity I would rather not return to a restaurant if I'm being...

They have always been great but today they went above & beyond. There was a mess up on my part. I ordered pizza for contactless delivery then totally forgot & ran off to the store. When I remembered, I called them but the delivery guy had already delivered our order. They were willing to drive all the way back to our house to pick up our order to protect it. I told them it was ok because I was rushing back home. I thought that was so nice of them considering it was my mistake. That’s really going above & beyond for your customers. We are so happy every time we eat at Asylum! The wings are delicious, the sandwiches yummy, and the portions are excellent. We recommend Asylum not only for the tasty foods but just as important - the cleanliness and service! Asylum should be the standard for all other restaurants! Everything is tidy, made to order, and you can tell they care. Never had a delivery with my salad on top of HOT food so I can heartily say they pay attention to the details!
