In response to Glen Hansons review: Glenlivet Scotch on the rocks is $8.50 Or $8 for a shot. There's a.50¢ upcharge for all drinks "on the rocks" as it's a larger pour. I'm not sure where you're finding a Glenlivet on the rocks for less than that?? Also drink prices have gone up once, by .50¢ in the past 5 years, as have taxes, utilities, insurance etc. if you're on a budget the bar also carrys Dewar's Scotch for $5 a shot or $5.50 on the rocks. Also the terminology you used to describe the cafe as a "gin mill" besides being woefully outdated, also holds derogatory connotations, implying that it's low class and disreputable. The ponemah cafe is an exceptionally clean, well managed, friendly, neighborhood bar where you have always had exemplary service. Your negative reviews here comes as something of a surprise considering the frequency of your patronage. You are always welcome to bring your concerns or complaints to our bar manager who is on site daily. You know Linda... Give our love to Duke....

Bartender was very kind and attentive. Our burger was cooked perfectly. Friendly atmosphere, I would love to see fries or nachos as a menu option but otherwise very pleased with our visit!! Tysm!! Jello shots?...
