I’ve gone here for years but after todays experience I don’t think I’ll be going back there. When I came in today there was 1 person in there. I ordered 2 large chicken parm grinders toasted. As I was waiting other customers started coming in,not many. Firstly these two men got the order I had ordered before which was not even what they ordered but I guess they just wanted to leave and go eat which I can understand. Then they tried to just give me one sandwich and when I corrected them that there was supposed to be two they started making the second one causing me to have to wait even longer. At this point I had been waiting about 25 minutes and 4 other people had come and went. By the time they were done making the second sandwich and rung me out I realized they made them small grinders but by this point I had been there for 45 minutes for something I was told would be a 10 minute wait. As I arrived home and begun to open my grinder and my brother opened his we realized his order was wrong. We were given 1 small chicken parm grinder and 1 small pastrami grinder which were both not the size nor the second grinder that was ordered. After waiting so long instead of going back and waiting possibly another 20+ minutes for them to correct the issue I handed my brother my grinder and decided not to eat. Then to make matters worse as my brother was eating his grinder the chicken was not even cooked at the way!This is very sad as this place was my favorite grinder place in the area but now I will be going elsewhere from now on because I can not trust that my experience will be...

The first time I called the man on the phone was rude. Just wanted to know if they could change the frosting color of woppie pies. He said we don't bake anything here but he was just not friendly. His tone was as he was annoyed with my question. He said call back tmrw and ask for David. Then abruptly hung up. I wasn't done with my questions I wanted to ask about party pizzas.. But whatever I thought. I will talk to the owner . So I called again. Talked to the owner. Asked when the whoopee pies would be in ?. He said tmrw but we don't promise anything and his tone just like the guy before was not friendly. Before I could say another word he said ok..thanku and hung up. But I was obviously trying to ask another question when he hung up on me. I guess I will be ordering my party pizzas for 50 people somewhere else. There loss. Im a great tipper and was giving them 4 days notice. This is my fist experience with vocs mabe the last. Both the calls i made was less than 40 seconds before i was hung up on. Im not sure if I will buy the woopie pies or not. Might ask Walmart. Its unfortunate the way I was treated. Im a nice person. I would of been a loyal customer . I love that place. However, lately I am starting to wonder. This is the 3rd time my grinders have been messed up. I told the younger girl my order, she then placed me on hold so she could back and get my mom’s order. When I went to pick up my order my moms was perfect but mines I was upset (highly) and I was also sharing with a friend. I have a condition I cannot eat tomatoes. I called and told them what happened, she said sorry about that she will make it for me. I said that’s fine. Then I looked at the grinder and said I cannot eat it. My friend had already started to eat her half. I told her I would need it back. So I went back to the store. When I got there my sandwich was not what I asked for and on top of it, it looks like it was made out of anger. I get tuna, white American, extra mayo, extra salt and pepper and banana peppers. Looking at this sandwich it is not what I wanted. Just threw together and like bye get out. The young girl asked to take it back. Like yessss, this is not what I ordered.
