Update 7/19/24: Had to come back on a lesser busier day, everything was prefect, food- piping hot food & pizza ! and got served within minutes, Service was spot on this time! Let me begin by saying I love Easy Street. But this was my 1st time at this location. Now granted, it was a very busy night because they were broadcasting Copa América soccer semifinal game Columbia vs Urugay, but that's no excuse for the lackluster service. My server was Ashley and she was the only one taking orders , serving customers with the help of ALL the other staff, but still! I felt bad for her because she was overwhelmed. Anyhow we were sat down and got water and drinks right away, after that it was almost 45 minutes before our order was taken, so we ordered everything at once. That's where everything went down hill. So a group of 3 walked in and ordered for take out, were told 20-25 minutes, time went by, They walked in and picked up their just ordered pizza & Then 2 minutes later my pizza comes out, LUKE WARM! I guess take out, not even a phone ordered pizza had / has priority over sitting , waiting customers and then it was not hot fresh out of the oven, it had been sitting for a while, and then a few minutes later all the appetizers we ordered came out - 24 wings, tater tots and mac and cheese..... NOT EVEN HOT . Told server this was unaccetable and to take it back, it's been over an hour now only to get warm food, all of it. Sad because their food is good but on a busy day, it should be all hands on deck, and that wasn't the case here, it was all a FAIL Needless to say, we had the 1st bites only to keep getting dissapointed with how warm to cold the food was. It was a bad day for this location, so sad because we were hungry to the point that our hunger was gone from being upset and upset that the food wasn't even fresh or hot. I'll give it to Easy street , they made it right, but we never got to eat. So if you're looking for great pizza , wings, salads, burgers and appetizers, oh ya drinks too, this is a great place, but luckily,it wasn't my 1st time at Easy street, just the 1st time at this location, and last. I'll continue to go patronize their...

I carried out a dish dish sausage/pineapple pizza from Easy Street. We were very pleased. Some deep dish/pan pizzas need a knife and fork, but this one has a very sturdy crust that holds the toppings and sauce very well without falling apart or making a mess. The outer edge also had a nice buttery charred edge, which was also very tasty. Reminiscent of Pequods in Morton Grove. If you know, you know. I also ordered some chicken wings that were pretty good as well. Breaded and deep-fried with a slightly hotter than normal buffalo sauce. These wings were average in size but softer than most since they absorbed the sauce. 8 to a standard order, but I believe you can order larger quantities, and they have wing specials on Wednesdays. I've passed this place so many times, and I wish I had stopped in sooner. I will definitely return.

REVISED (just 5 days later) Visited Easy Street again, this time on a Wednesday for the wing special, and I'm glad I did. The wings were so much better straight from the kitchen. We tried a trio of new flavors. The Honey Sriracha was absolutely delicious and easily my wing choice next time, I'm normally a Buffalo kinda guy, but good old Buffalo is in third place here (behind the Teriyaki as well). The Kung Pao should be looked by. The flavor profile wasn't received well by us. After trying thin crust this time, I'm comfortable saying the pan pizza is the better option here. Not that the thin is bad or anything. The pan was just way better. The Taco tots on the appetizer menu were unique, and the entire table enjoyed them.

Our waitress (I can't remember her name) was so accommodating and just next level nice and friendly and loved talking to my 11 month old son. (She said she had a 16 month old daughter). Anyways, she was fantastic!

I'm definitely...

December 22, 2024: First off let me start with saying that you have 15-30 minutes to eat and you’re being rushed under pressure to finish your food. We can for the home alone pop up and the hostess (5:30PM) that was wearing a green long sleeve sweater, short hair, glasses, and Christmas head wear and black boots told us that the wait is one hour that she’d call us when we have a table ready. We go out of the area plan on getting there in an hour exactly (6:30pm). Around 6:15pm (we’re only 20 minutes away) she called us saying “we have a table open for you and we do have that table reserved so eat quickly”. (Word of advice: don’t ever tell a customer to eat quickly and that they’re being rushed to choke on their food). We get to the restaurant and she acts brand new as if she didn’t call us.. She goes “I told you guys I had a table ready and you’re too late.. I do have a table that’s open until 7:30”. (mind you it’s 6:45pm at this point) The hostess doesn’t know how to manage stress, how to communicate, or even use the proper words.. Why should anyone feel like they’re on their work lunch break? This was an awful experience and we didn’t even eat there!! Not sure what her name is but there should be proper training when it...

The DEETS!👇 🍕 Little Nero’s pop-up @easystreetpizza 📍 711 Devon Ave, Park Ridge Every year this neighborhood favorite turns into a full-blown Home Alone pop-up, and it is such an easy, fun, festive family outing. Zero stress, all vibes. 🎄✨ Parents get the nostalgia… Kids get the excitement… And everyone gets PIZZA. 🍕 BUT …. if you’re a KISS girl who wants to enjoy the night and stay on track, they’ve got a killer high-protein, low-carb option…👇👇 👉🏼 Their grilled chicken + veggie plate (add extra chicken for more protein). Super filling, super tasty, still lets you live your holiday life without the carb coma. 💗🔥 A few things to note…. 📸 You WILL take photos 🍕 Your kids WILL lose their minds over the Home Alone décor 💗 And yes… you can enjoy the night without blowing your goals 💋Angie @Super.Mom.Of.Six We keep it simple, we keep it sexy, and we eat dessert while building abs. Welcome to the KISS method, baby. #ChicagoMoms #protein #FamilyFun #homealone #ChicagoEats
