I love dairy Queen. It’s my part of my childhood. However the past few years, the machine seems to not be working as well and the ice cream melts so easily. The Park ridge location is good. Good staff making good blizzards. Bravo. In the Wilmette location, there were two sides to the cashier. I was waiting my turn, however they kept serving others that came after me on the other side. When I asked if I could order anywhere they said yes. They would not even look at me. When they finally took my order, the girl took it with attitude. Recently I went to the Northbrook location on Dundee Rd and there was a young boy who used a cup for a blizzard that was already sitting out, compared to the ones stacked up on each other. And when I asked him to use another one he didn’t. He also has attitude. Like c’mon, I just wanted to eat some ice cream, Please train your staff. So disappointing. I used to love Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen with original signage, located in a busy corner. Food smelled excellent - will need to grab something another time. Been a while since I have been to a DQ and I do not recall their small cone to be more than enough. Nothing beats their classic vanilla dipped soft-serve cone. Young, energetic and quick staff to serve.

And it didn't cost an arm and a leg and it was a very good size portion. And they even gave my dog a special treat.

great ice cream.Come on, who doesn't love soft serve ice cream! This particular Dairy Queen location has probably been in this spot for over 30 years. It is a great place to zip in and get any number of ice cream treats. I know they also serve food but I have not eaten other than ice cream from here. The soft serve ice cream makes really great blizzard shakes which is where they grind up candy bars and other great sweets right into the soft serve ice cream. They also have ice cream cakes for special events, and grab and go pre-made frozen treats to keep at home in...

Quantity, flavor and texture are excellent. Wide variety. LOVE this place! Love the food, the service, the atmosphere, and theme! Super unique flavors and awesomely vibrant staff. The selection is great and the local is perfect. Staff was so incredibly helpful and sweet! They gave the best customer service I’ve ever had. And all the employees here are very welcoming!!
