Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwood

This so far has got to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too. I’ve only been there twice, but that’s twice TOO MANY!!!! Today I had a small but multiple item order, a small hot tea/milk & sugar, a small caramel iced latte, and for food I was picking up an order of the new mini pancakes and an order of the bacon & cheese wrap, that’s it. As far as the drinks go, they were ok, but the food items which they only had to heat up, considering they weren’t busting open some pancake batter and tossing those mini bad boys on a griddle!!!!! The mini pancakes have the potential to be AMAZING, however that all depends on who’s serving you???? The order I picked up today had cold, yet partially burnt mini pancakes. Needless to say, they just weren’t anything close to good, or edible for that matter!!!!! As far as the bacon & cheese wraps, these were worse. These too were burnt to the point of being black and so hard, extremely hard, making them next to impossible to even chew.? I was looking forward to trying both of these items. I don’t particularly enjoy leaving bad reviews, but with this, I had too. I love the town of Norwood, they have some great stores, they just don’t have the usual 5 Dunkin Donuts within a one mile radio, and because they don’t, you would think that would be enough incentive to actually do a decent job, unfortunately that is not the case. Had I known using the microwave would be such a difficult task, I would have opted for the already made donuts!!!!!

As I was reading some other reviews, it looks like there is not too much hope for this Dunkin Donuts, considering they were burning peoples food two years ...

This morning, I got to the Duncan's at 7:50, placed my order via mobile app at 7:52. Walked in and saw that the line was already very long for the counter and a lot of people were standing by waiting for their mobile orders and sandwiches. There was hardly any name calling out for orders, the mobile order machine was just pumping out tickets with hardly anyone getting to him. Needless to say there were only three associates working. One person on the counter, one person on the food station, and one person who was probably helping out at the front and designated tickets for order making. All I ordered was a medium iced coffee and an order of hash browns. At 8:15 a.m., I left after picking up my coffee and told everybody in the lobby that when an order of hash brown comes out anybody can take it because I didn't have time to wait for this. That's absolutely insane I've never waited for 20 minutes for my dunkin' donuts mobile order ever before. The coffee is delicious Thank you very much...

Skip this dunks, go to one of them on rt 1.

I live so close to this dunks but it is always a problem. Why order online when people who walk in and order get their drinks faster? Every time I go here it is a problem. Literally just a large mocha iced coffee 4 cream, 3 sugar and cold foam, spelled out exactly how to make it on the sticker and receipt that prints out for them.

This time they made the wrong drink and after noticing I get my drink and it is not even mixed. It has cold foam on top, which is supposed to be sipped with the coffee. Now I am forced to mix it all together and ruin what I paid EXTRA for. I know the job is busy etc. but the dunks on RT1 next to the 99 restaurant is so much better. I will forevermore drive out of my way to go...
