Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwood

I pulled up at 748 tonight and the doors were already locked . Online the hours are 8pm ! The kid came to the door and said he dumped everything out already ! I worked in the food industry for a long time . I would never lock the doors before closing . Especially 15 mins early . I had to drive to the other Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s a shame because I stop almost everyday. Know I think I will just drive the extra 3 mins to the other one that doesn’t lock their doors 15 mins early! Hope the owner is aware of this he is losing out on money because his employees are turning customers away...

This place is what I call "My Dunkin." it's not only the closest Dunkin to my house, but it's the only one I like to go to. Even if I'm not near home, I will drive out of my way to come to this location. It's the cleanest store I've been in, and my drink is always made perfectly. Not to mention, the staff is always super friendly and SUPER QUICK! I've never had an issue here. This is probably why I'm pretty much on a first name basis with most of the staff. I love this Dunkin and all the employees who work here! This location truly set the bar for what every other store...

I got a frozen caramel coffee. I don't know how its possible with this drink, but the syrup was all at the bottom of the cup, which usually happens with iced coffees as well. The drink was not even blended properly because the drink had more of a crushed ice consistency. I had to go home and blend it more myself. After the ice was blended more and the syrup was mixed through out the drink it tasted great. I don't know why it couldn't be like that from the beginning? I do not plan...
