I Tried to come here on Tuesday evening just for them to tell me they will not serve me 25 minutes before close. I walked there from Two Shamrocks in the cold because their kitchen closed at 10. I couldn’t come any earlier due to work so I couldn’t make it in time for their own food. First of all, why advertise they are open just to deny people service? I would understand if it was 5 or 10 minutes before close but 25 minutes? What would have happened if I have ordered online? I was going to do that and it let me get all the way to the end before I could hit submit but then I decided to just do a walk in. When I walked in the guy told me they wont take my order because “they already cleaned everything and the oven is on it’s way from shutting down” Again, I would understand if it were 5-10 minutes from close but 25? Due to my experience, it only takes like 15 mins for a pizza to be made. I would have been out the door before 25 minutes. They didn’t even have any other orders. That sounds to me like stuff that has to be done after the store hours are advertised as closed. I understand getting ahead of the game but that sounds like they were lazy and didn’t want to take an order because they have to do stuff again. Even though, they were advertised as open, the doors were unlocked, their sign was still on, and we had the option to place an order online. To me, that was bad service and laziness. Not a good look for a business. Plus they lost money. I walked to dominos afterwards and they were so polite and had great service. The lady who served us was the manager and even she was confused as to why they denied food with that much time left. Bad business...
Read moreOrdered two 12" pizzas. Both were undersized. One of them was just over 10 inches, the other was just over 11 inches. From the picture you can see that it didn't come close to filling the 12.5” x 12.5" box. I Initially talked with the manager and he offered to remake the pizzas, which was nice. I didn't feel it was necessary to have both remade, so i only asked for one. When i went in to pick it up, i offered to show them the picture of the smaller pizza. One of the workers asked to take a closer look, and i was happy to comply. She then told me "the ruler trick doesn't always work, but we made it for you this time", which irritated me. As you can see, the pizza was definitely too small for the box. A medium pizza should almost full it. Terrible way to handle customer service. If you do order from here, check the pizza before you accept it. I'm not a person that generally does reviews, but felt compelled to because i don't like being accused of lying. I will get my pizzas elsewhere...
Read moreFirst, the pizza I ordered was for Teachers as a thank you. The order was placed online for an arrival at 11:45am. Please tell me why the order got there at 11:05am? Then when I spoke to the driver he was rude and told me that it was my problem that they were delivered that early and that if I wanted something done with them, I’d have to figure it out. When I spoke to the manager she was kind enough to say she would remake them, but let me tell you, these pizzas were not remade. From the looks and taste of them they just threw extra cheese on them and were thrown in the oven to be warmed up. The pizzas looked terrible and were also delivered LATE! They were 15 minutes late, which if you know teachers, they have a strict time frame for lunch....
