Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in O'Hara Township

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK FILA. I’m an easy to impress kind of person but this chick fila is awful and it takes a lot for me to leave a nasty review. 4 out of 5 times I go here my food is constantly wrong wether it be me not getting any of my sauces I asked for, not getting any straws, the fries not being salted, the sweet tea tasting like water with no sweetener in it (even after getting a replacement one) asking for sweetener and getting the wrong one, asking for a large drink and getting a medium, asking for a large fry and also getting a medium, or the fries being so oil drenched they are limp as a di**. The worst chick fila I’ve ever been to. I have my food incorrect more times than correct and that’s sad coming from one of the biggest fast food chains in the industry. The staff is nice but the lack of simple attention to to the customers request, VERY SIMPLE things is pathetic. This is the first time I’ve complained about this particular chick fila online but only because I figured SURELY after 6-7 times of getting my orders wrong repeatedly, surely I’ll give them a couple chances but time and time again I’m shown why I leave angry every time and shouldve just gone the extra 20 mins away to the other chick fila that actually listens to you. This chick fila needs a serious regrouping as a team or something this is rediculous. I could understand if I was ordering complicated things but I simply order an 8 piece nugget with a large sweet tea and large fries. Simple enough? David and Barry are not sufficient enough to manage their shifts by themselves. Started off with us entering far right drive thru lane... To our surprise, left lane had orders taken, right had nobody coming over. Then a girl finally came over to the vehicle in front of us after 5 minutes. Took their order, then did not come back to us, we rolled window down and ask to the girl taking orders and who appeared to be a manager (David) what the hold up was, and we made eye contact with both, then ignored. Halima finally came over and took our order, when we questioned why they were moving slow she says "i don't really care about this" and walked away from us. We got David, the ASM attention (he actually acknowledged us this time and finally came over), and he was all flustered because I questioned what took him so long to come over, he had someone else take our order, and apologized they had a tablet down. Why didn't you say this to us when we questioned first time? Setting a clear expectation would've prevented all of this, but David doesn't know how to do that.

When we approached drive thru window to pickup our order, I asked Barry for the GM.. he said they were not there and said he can help instead. We explained our situation, I asked for a refund and my food, and he said he can give us a brownie. I did not like that and acknowledged that it was not enough, so he then said "I'll just give you a refund" which he did, then when I asked if I can get my food or if we have to put in another order, we were just ignored for over 10 minutes asking what was going on and for our food until David finally came back in and gave us a receipt to show they refunded and refused to serve us. very disappointed by this newer chick fil a location. the last time we had gone here they messed up our breakfast order and gave us a card for a free breakfast item only valid at this location. we went to get breakfast yesterday and it turns out that they don't open til 10:30 and do not serve breakfast. we sat in their parking lot until they opened and when we asked to use our free item on something they kept arguing with us that they don't serve breakfast. which we knew and explained that was the problem because it was only valid at that location. the staff member, and I'm assuming manager were very rude during the transaction and even though they honored the card for free nuggets I still will never return to this location. we have never had a good experience here! go to a different location for your...
