I stopped at the AT&T store down at the Waterworks and the gentleman I had his name was Alex he helped me immensely because yesterday I was out at the AT&T store at Pittsburgh Mills I can't remember the gentleman and I say that loosely his name all I know is he treated me and my wife like we were a piece of dirt and I wasn't happy and I wasn't going to cause a scene everybody else I've talked to his always tried to help me this guy stood there as far as I'm concerned with his thumbs up his butt telling me I got to do this to my phone I got to do that to my phone and I says I already have that I said we're trying to do it for my wife's phone I said what do we have to do. He just told me as he Shrugged his shoulders and was walking away delete your passwords and start all over again that was the last straw that's when I picked up looked at my wife looked at him told him thank you and walked out. But like I said Alex at the Waterworks helped me immensely even looked up I had to go to Walmart to get what I wanted he took the initiative not like the other guy that I had out of Pittsburgh Mills. understand I've never had a problem with anybody else but I'm going to be stopping over there right now and I hope he's there cuz I want to find the manager at at store and...
Read moreUpdate December 18th 2020; Just when I think this store can not get any worse received my bill online and the store associates thought it was a good ideas to add warranties on my watch without me knowing then I still got charged for an activation fee I paid in store TWICE! Watch is still missing and no resolution yet!
Never make a single purchase from this store. They are fast talkers and scam you into a purchased called to confirm if they had an apple watch Nike Series 6 to my surprise half way thought the transaction I realized it wasn't the correct watch. Tried to stop the sale and the sales associated said its too late you will be charged $55 restocking fee. Called the manager the next day he advised to bring watch back and we will exchange it. In order to avoid additional fees it is best to mail to incorrect watch back. Received the watch 12/1 sent the incorrect watch back 12.2 it is now 12/8 and the USPS lost the package. Called ATT three times and they are not helpful call the store again and they could careless. Beware. Now I got a text message from ATT that I will be charged $584 for the watch if it is not returned. I will keep all sales associates names out of this review. Never make a single purchase...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. the customer service here is HORRID. the manager - kelvin faulkes - is inexplicably rude and obnoxious. we go in to drop hundreds of dollars on a new phone and he could not have been more condescending - to the point of being degrading. he treats customers like they are stupid and not worth his time - and that’s if you even get him to stop texting long enough to acknowledge you!! during our entire time there he was leaning against the counter, drinking a red bull, ignoring a line of waiting customers. when we asked why he wasn’t willing to help anyone, he stated that is was NOT HIS JOB - that the sales reps are there to help customers. he said he’s the manager, so he is not obligated to wait on customers. he was so demeaning, he made my sister (who works in customer service and is used to unacceptable behavior) so upset she had to leave the store while we finished buying her phone. we will never do business with this store again and are looking at completely ending our plan with AT&T over...
