Subway — Restaurant in Oak Grove

I came here at midnight hoping to get some real food because my blood sugar was dangerously low, to the point of almost crashing my vehicle. I was attended by a overweight female with a mohawk to whom i explained i am allergic to wheat and i would like everything that goes on a sub in a bowl. She REFUSED saying she can't sell a bowl past 9pm. I practically begging her to serve me some fresh food on a plate explaining my blood sugar level. She told me to go get some processed food from the store, which I'm not allowed to eat under doctors orders, preservatives spike my insulin levels. I have never in my life had such a poor quality service from a Love's or a subway. I will absolutely NOT be returning here and i will make sure to file a complaint with corporate especially if i get into an accident searching for real food to eat. It's absolutely pathetic that i couldn't be treated like a human being. What's the difference between putting the ingredients on bread or a plate? Only that subway saves money on bread. I went into this subway and ordered a Philly chees steak. I've been driving truck for 14 years and stop at subway 3 times a week all o er the country and they have always asked me what I would like on it. At this one, they just made and put onions and green peppers on it and started to toast it. I couldn't see what they were doing because they do not have a glass hood it's metal. I said I didn't want any of that on there and the lady behind the counter starts getting loud with me saying that how it comes and they have to make it that way unless I say otherwise. I explained that any other time they ask me once they get to the side with the veggies and she starts getting even .ore upset and saying this is how we are supposed to do it.
