This Checkers is the place to be when you are hungry and want awesome service. The outside atmosphere is clean, nice, and relaxing. The drive thru is cool, easy to use, and good timing. The food service is always fresh and hot. Taste great. All the beverages are great. All the selections on the items and pricing are good. Every employee and the manager does a great job providing awesome customer service. They make sure you got all of your orders. They greet you and recognize you as a return customer. I really enjoy Checkers close to home. Now to recognize employees by name. 1). Jorge - is an awesome guy. He is always full of smiles, laughs, jokes, funny, and his personality is awesome. Jorge is someone who you look forward to seeing and talking to when you arrive at Checkers. He will come over and speak with by saying hi and make you laugh. Thank you to Cindy and Luigi, the GM and cook that were on staff in the evening on 8/30/24. You hit my customer service expectations out of the park! Thank you so much for taking my lunch order and subsequent packing requests in a quick and orderly fashion and understanding my quick bite plight as a supervisor at VERY BUSY neighboring business and need to get my (ballin on a budget) order quick so me and my co-supervisor could survive the rest of our understaffed shift. I was welcomed by a wonderful, bright smile from Cindy who was very engaging to me as a customer and Luigi, who despite was being in the midst of receiving on the spot training from Cindy, was also attentive to my requests (and banter lol). I’m sorry but is the worst checkers ever, is a new restaurant and always they are delay with the orders any of the ways, last time the manager and one of the employees were fighting in front all the customers with bad words and everything, last night they had another similar situation inside the restaurant and all the customers were outside calling the police and recording the situation, the lane for the drive thru is totally ridiculous, long lane most all the time. I was so happy when they started to building the restaurant, because for us it is easy go and back walking from our apartment and get food etc, etc; but unfortunately the staff aren’t the greatest at all, they don’t care about that business, I feel sorry for the owners of the restaurant because their employees are going to broke the restaurant, my husband and I won’t come back again to that...
