The one star is for poor management only. Here’s why : I feel really bad for this location’s employees. About a week ago, I ordered online and did curbside pick up. We ended up walking in because we felt they may be busy. She was busy and she was completely by herself. Today we decided to stop in and order at the counter. Again, the worker was completely by herself. There were 6 people ahead of us and more came in behind us. I saw a sign posted on the food case that said NO PAPER COUPONS. We felt so bad for her. They advertise curbside pickup, fresh sliced deli meat, fresh baked bread and custom toppings. But they expect ONE person to do all that? Where was a supervisor or manager and why weren’t they pitching in? They need at least two front line workers and supervisors. There is no way a person should have to work under that pressure. Read moreI was just at this location a little over 2 months ago. I had gotten the sweet onion chicken teriyaki like always. It was cold, after I watched them microwave my meat. Which was shocking. I left it be because it was my first visit. This time, 3/3/18 at 8:25pm I received two sub sandwiches with minimal meat. My husbands sandwich was supposed to be a double meat steak and cheese, and it barely had meat on it. My sandwich, as you can see in the picture is mostly vegetables. I will not be returning to this location. I'm very disappointed that I paid almost $8 dollars for a sandwich that should really look like the pictures you have advertised, but it was basically lettuce, mayo and a sprinkle of meat. They say that I would have to talk to the owner of the store. When I asked when the owner would be in, they said they didn’t really know. The owner appears to be an absent owner. Who drops in briefly, once in a while. They just stole money from me and apparently there isn’t anything that can be done about it.they are crooks. They just lost a customer.
