Bad experience, First, when I approached the counter I said with a smile "HI, how are you?!" And the answer with a straight face was "here or to go?", I said "here, please" , "how are you doing?" I asked again in case he did not hear me the first time, then he said "what can I get you?", I placed my order. When we received the food, we had order Baconator fries, the cheese was not even melted it was just cold shredded cheese on the fries and bacon, I went back and ask if could have some melted cheese on the fries. Without even looking at me he grabbed the fries and put cheese on them. Back to my table, I ordered Asiago bacon chicken, when I unwrapped the sandwich a long black hair was across the cheese. Back to the counter, I told the cashier, same person that before, who without saying a word, he went back to the kitchen and prepared another sandwich. He gave it to me and grabbed the one with the hair, not a single word. No apology, no nothing. Read moreThe food was pretty good but my goodness, some of the employees here were a bit much. Loud, using rude language, and not acting professional. I mean, I get it, it's Wendy's... But I stopped here at my young daughters request after her gymnastics class. She wanted to eat inside so we did. Normally I just go through the drive thru here and it's been fabulous! Going inside was a whole other story. My daughter and I were the only ones eating inside and the whole time I was just ready to leave. I could hear the conversations going on in the back/behind the counter better than I could hear my daughter. Maybe just be mindful of what you're saying and how loud you're speaking when there are customers in the lobby...
2 out of 5 because the food order was correct and decent.. and I don't believe every employee was...
Read moreEither the owners and/or their employees are lazy and don't care , but its unacceptable for playground kids to be running the business. Food is always cold unless if you have to wait for ever, mornings when their bosses are there or when they know health inspector is there. The store may be closed for dine in but that doesn't mean the quality, quantity and service goes down with it. The so called grownups need to have a tighter leash, they're acting more like the clueless teenagers then they. If the OWNERS can actually read their reviews instead of a GM or whatever other kid, then the owners will know exactly what, where and how to fix the problem but can't fix the problem if you don't fix the environment that you people...
