I wouldn't even dare give this joint a single star but I had to in order to start my review. First of all I didn't think Dominoes was so broke as to not be able to break a hundred dollar bill yes, $100.00. What? You guys don't get enough business to be able to give change back from a hundred dollar bill?? They told me I could go to Circle K next door and that turned out to be even more ridiculous! The manager wanted me to spend $10 to break my $100!! LMAO. I left without a word. Then I asked a stranger outside as he was walking into the store if he could break $100 bill and he said no sorry. But pointed me towards Rite Aid who said just buy a candy and we can. So I did. Went back to dominoes and gave the guy the candy bar sarcastacly saying for the trouble.....when he gave me the total of $22.60 I gave him $22 and said before handing him another dollar ($1.00) I said does dominies have 0.40 cents change? It can go towards helping break a 50 dollar bill next time let alone another $100. This place sucks and it's lame. Never coming back here again. Not even for sandwiches or wings which was my order. Do not order pizza here its gross!!!! That's why we decided to try their wings and sandwiches and turns out dominoes is broke?? Fooled me with all the delivery cars running around town.....STAY AWAY!!!!!! PATRON BEWARE!!!!!!! NOTHING BUT A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I RATHER GO TO LITTLE CEASARS! HELL! EVEN STARDUST ON YOSEMITE!!!!!! PFFFFFT!!!!!! HERE'S TO YOU DOMINOES PIZZA AND CIRCLE...
Read moreFriday Aug 3rd , decided to go to Domino's after working all day, got there and went over coupon menu with the wait staff at the counter. Decided on large 5 item pizza and boneless wings. Wait time shorter than expected, noted they got the name on our order wrong, but we knew it was ours. Picked up our order, got to the car and double checked the receipt as it seemed more than it should have been- by about $11.00! Husband took food and receipt in for correction, original wait staff person didn't make eye contact, charges got adjusted ( he rung it up as WITHOUT coupon). Took food home for consumption with our own cold beer. 1. discovered thin crust pizza means THINNER THAN THE CARDBOARD BOX IT CAME IN. More like cracker crust thin, only without flavor. Sauce tasted like the old Chef Boy RD canned sauce my mother made from a box 45 years ago..... terrible. Ordered double cheese too , and no evidence of that. Chicken wings (boneless) were more like miniature chicken nuggets, about the size of the end of my thumb. Covered in melted cheese, perhaps misplaced from the pizza order?? No way was any of this good, what we expected, or worth the adjusted price of $18.00. Had we not checked, it would have been almost $31.00...… We will never make the mistake of going there again. IF this is in any way representative of their food or competency, they won't be in business here for very long. BIG...
Read moreI have to be honest, my family has always used Domino's since they opened business and I have been impressed with their service...until I just witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen. My friend received a call from her son that Domino's delivered pizza to their home that they did not order. She called Domino's and talked to Melissa, the manager on duty to explain the situation and PAY for the pizza that they did not order. My friend asked if there were any coupons that could be applied, since they didn't order this pizza but were willing to pay for it and was promptly told no.
My friend paid $60 for pizza. Pizza that her family did not order. I was appalled at the price for the amount of food that was delivered. When she priced it out online, the exact food that had been delivered, the total was almost half the price. She then called back to ask for the discounted price- again because she did not order this food and is a frequent customer. The manager on duty said there was absolutely nothing she could do!
I am so upset that I had to witness such inappropriate behavior with customer service. She didn't order pizza from you, was delivered someone else's order, called to pay for it and do the right thing, wasn't allowed any coupons to be applied, nor was allowed it be credited to her reward points either. Seriously...
