Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Oakdale

I have put up with this on several occasions and I always either just shut and let them make my order how they want... Because I call in DELIVERY. And I'm done I asked if they could add a charger for extra cheese on the pizza's but I'm using there special coupon deals because they have them out there for the customers to creat more sales. Well I know they never put enough cheese on them so I have always not said anything. Just to charge me for a order with extra cheese well this time. Which the guy manager is very nice. So I asked to speak to the lady on the phones manager. She goes I am the manager. And I told her well I won't be ordering from your place because this is plan not right. She starts to cut me off and speaking over me to get off the phone.... I said wow hold on I'm still talking... And she said she can not do that. It's a special and your buying it AS IS... I TOLD HER LOOKS LIKE I'M GOING TO MOUTAIN MIKE'S.... corporate I hope your seeking this your going to start lossing business when you have a manager that does not have very good customer RELATION skills. I don't know her name. But she's working right now march...

We used to eat here all the time before we moved further out into the country for 15 years but more that were closer to town we have tried it again. We were greatly disappointed all three times until we gave up. The staff was very short and impatient with customers. Our grandchildren really wanted to play video games while we had to wait for our order to cook but they were all out of order. The chicken wings looked awful and tasted worst as the pizzas were burnt on one end and shift on the other. I'm not sure how they accomplished that but they did. I didn't return the food because I didn't want a refund nor an offer for a free pizza in the future but when I showed them the burnt half they just looked at us like we were from another planet. I didn't dine in, but the restaurant is nice and would be good for a party... But the quality of the pizza was lacking and I have no idea what the people in the back are doing. When I got home, my medium pizza looked like a small and was all messed up. When I arranged the slices to actually look like a pizza, it was missing a slice. Other than feeling ripped off because I didn't get my full pizza, it was also very bland and everything tasted watered down. Not the Round Table quality I grew up with. This is my first time back to a Round Table Pizza in probably 15 years, and probably the last. It's a shame since it could be very nice, but I'd rather eat at a place with cockroaches if the food had real flavor, that's how...
