Handmade Pizza That Feels Like a Warm Hug from Italy.

If you think all pizza tastes the same, you haven’t tried his. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you pause after the first bite, like oh wow, this is different. It’s fresh, handmade, and cooked right there in a brick oven. You can smell it before you even get to the truck.

I’m not a crust person at all… but I always eat his. That says a lot.

He’s originally from Italy, and you can feel his love for what he does. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen, most of them imported, and he brings this joyful energy, he’ll sometimes sing while making your pizza, and it just adds to the charm. 😀

It’s more than great pizza, it’s like getting a little taste of Italy without the plane ticket.

The location is also great, you don’t have to drive into Clermont to get something great to eat!

I was there last week with my family... I'm from Naples, and to be honest, I was quite skeptical about the dough authenticity... now that I bite into it, I can tell you that all the main Neapolitan pizza attributes were there! Super aerated rim with very nice open cell structure, thin crust in the center, tomato sweetness, milky mozzarella, simply awesome! The owner/baker? He is a very gentle guy from Naples (easy to talk ehehe), my daughter felt in love with him because he gave the chance to her to visit the food truck. Overall, amazing experience, and the bill was absolutely adequate to the quality level of each ingredient used! Last but not least, Marco is able to master the dough better than the most of Italian pizzaioli. All the best... who knows, one day we could meet again,...
