Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oakland

Now I spend a lot of time going through drive-thru at this place there's this one Hispanic guy he very young he's very professional he's really good I like to come to Taco Bell around that time when he comes my last experience is when I actually went into the lobby they have poor service in the lobby the lobby's always clean but when it comes to taking the order on the kiosk and then getting your order they have poor service you don't know what who's the manager or anything else so that's why I don't really like going to the lobby making my order I prefer going through the drive-thru they're more professional and there's nothing ever missing out of the order during drive-thru but it's I would suggest not going through the lobby because your order is always messed up and when you're trying to talk to someone there and tell them what's the problem it's always feels like you're hurried up and pushed off or there's a misunderstanding in language and another thing I noticed is it never seems like there is a manager on spot at the counter or when they're making the orders it's like where is the manager at in the store when you're...

I ordered a 12-pack of Taco Crunch Supreme from the Taco Bell on Hegenberger, through the drive-thru, and I was taken aback when the total came to $33 and some change. What disappointed me even more was when I got home, the tacos were neither warm nor crunchy. Edible yes, but worth it, absolutely not.

These tacos are nostalgic for me, I’ve been eating them since elementary school and every blue moon I’ll go to Taco Bell for a quick stroll down memory lane. I also like to order the crunch wrap supreme but I won’t be trying that out at this location. The tacos here were definitely lackluster, and it made me question the value of fast food at that price. All I could think about was how, for the same cost, I could get three orders of Wonton Soup from my neighborhood restaurant. This concept is insane.

I would like it to be known that you guys weren't my first choice. I was originally across the street at your competitors but after pleading with them to let me use the restroom informing them that I have a disability and needed to use the restroom . They denied me, so I left and immediately proceeded to you guys where the restroom was open (very clean by the way) and used it. When I came out instead of going back to your competitors I went directly to your cash register and bought my lunch. I spoke with the manager there and thanked him for allowing me to use the restroom that I had a disability and explained that the silly red headed clown across from you would not allow me to use the restroom.
