I like Jack in the Box generally, but do not recommend this Jack in the Box. They are a mess and poorly trained. My drive-thru experience:
I ordered #4 jumbo jack combo (large, reg fries, coke) and a value fries. The order lady says they're out of large cups (strike #1).
The order screen shows an additional chicken nuggets. I say I didn't order chicken nuggets... and they say it's okay and it'll be corrected at the payment window (strike #2).
I get to the payment window and they say their credit card payment system doesn't work and to pay at the next window (strike #3).
At the next window, there is confusion as to what my order could be... I repeat my order and more confusion. Looks like they run my credit card like 5 times (strike #4). The lady finally repeats my order and I confirm.
I get my drink, and two bags (bag 1 - value fries, bag 2 - sandwich box). Missing large fries (strike #5).
After more confusion, I get my large fries. I drive home, eat some fries and crack open that sandwich box. Instead of a jumbo jack, it is a lettuce wrapped chicken with bacon and tomato that is covered in mayo (strike #6).

Read moreToday May 24th, 2021 at 12:50am I received Uber Eats request from Jack In The Box here on Hegenburger Rd (532 Hegenberger Rd, Oakland, CA 94621). I arrived at the restaurant at 12:58am since the lobby door was open I went inside to ask for the Ubereats request, after couple of minutes one of the staff called the Manager; As the manager showed up, he asked me how did I get in; and I told him that I got in thru the main entrance door, and he said no its not possible because the door is locked, and I told him that it was open, again he said no: I told him that "You mean I broke into Jack In the Box" and it really pessed me off and I got out after a big argument and one of the staff lady told me to go thru the drive thru, there was a long line and the staff were not working efficiently and it took me exactly one hour by the time I reached the callbox, when I talked with the associate behind the line about the Uber eats order pick up; she is telling me that "We don't do Ubereats and doordash after midnight" while I have done pickups at this time earlier days. The Manager basically discriminated me. So now I would have to go to the Court with them and...
Read moreI came through Jack in the box drive-thru and purchase combo 21 after paying then I parked in their parking lot to then eat my food and drink my coffee when finished I have to use the restroom so I went in and tried to open the bathroom door it was locked I went back to the cashier and ask her cuz she locked the door so I can use the restroom she asked me she asked me did I order any food I told her yeah then she asked the drive-thru lady cuz she let me use the bathroom they said no I have to purchase I told them that I want a coffee but I have to use the bathroom first she told me no I have to get the pot of coffee first and then I can use the bathroom I told him that was wrong I had already paid for my food and I should be able to use this bathroom this is very bad customer service I do not appreciate this at all if I had been there race which is Hispanic and not a black woman they would have let me use the bathroom because they was letting other people use the bathroom without paying for anything I took a picture of my receipt and I'm reporting this...
