Taqueria El Cruzero — Restaurant in Oakland

I was there just twice👤 and i found that in either visites the food was not prepared properly, and the workers had problems that seemed to go much further than the restaurant it's self ? I ordered the meal and when i was trying to enjoy "my\our" meals they did not give us the proper garnishments that were supposed to come with the Burrito's and the Steak Nachos and i went to the counter to ask for them, and they where distracted and keept telling me "just one minute" and my\our meals where getting cold, so i made a "executive decision" and reached over the counter to get two bags of the garnishments and return to my table to get to and enjoy our meals. A few minutes later the woman that was behind the counter came to us at our table and stated in a "very strongan loud voice" and said please" dont reach over the counter to get anything" and frightened me and my Beautiful Loveone and future Wife. I then stated that " i did come to the counter to ask for the things that should have come with the meal, but you keept telling me just a minute just a minute and our meals where getting cold, so the garnishments were right there so, i reached over the counter and I got what we needed to enjoy our food and they came with or where supposed to come with the meal at know\no cost. I have only been there twice and it may bee "sooommmeee" time before i would even consider going back there. But i do recommend that restaurants to anyone who Loves "Poorly Prepared Food" "Bad Manners" and "Being Talked Down To" for it seems that all that is included with the meal, lf it where on the menu i may have ordered that if i knew it was a added bonus to help spice up our meal. L.O.L. There is very little business going in there now, and i can see that "with these added bonuses free at know\no cost" to the customer, is a reason why there customer's seem to give them the respect that they work very hard at to give freely and even without even having to order it from the menu. It's been a while since I've been here and it was pretty good but tonight the meat was hard and VERY salty (and another customer said the same) I ordered 4 burritos and the temp was warm - my burrito was a simple one meat, rice, and beans no onions it came with all of the above with the second half with light cheese, avocado and a few onions good thing I have no allergies. The guy at the register was nice but I stood there for a few minutes before he looked up from his phone to take my order. $55.00 for 4 burritos that aren't that good is a bit much and they all were different sizes. I should have followed my first mind when I first went in and heard no meat sizzling I should have known it was not going to be fresh and left ( follow your pit) from the reviews the morning is better. So, I'm all about Mexican food. And this place.... was NOT it. I don't even know where to start. Only reason I came here was because it was the only place closes to where I was. So I go, prices are crazy!!! But, it's whatever. I ordered 3 tacos de asada. Umm..... not only are they small, but there was no meat on them. I'm a bit picky and may exaggerate a little, but I even send a picture to my bf who knows me and he even agreed and said those did not look good. They were not. Someone had ordered tacos dorados.... Umm, when did tacos dorados become taco bell tacos? They really use taco shells.... not no fried tortillas. My co-worker is vegetarian and ordered a veggie burrito that had meat in it.
