This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I have been to. This McDonald's continues to have issues getting your order correct and done in a timely fashion. This McDonald's has been this way for year's. I have talked to corporate and nothing changes. When will thing's change for the better. WOW. Now this McDonalds takes things a step further. I go through the drive thru and order my 3 hamburgers no pickle no onion and small fry I proceed to the window pay go to the next window the order was not correct at all for the hundredth time this is based on over the year's of going there. Not to mention getting charged for an item I didn't order I am not a coke drinker I drink mountain dew Pepsi products. I told the girl at the window I didn't order a coke I don't drink coke. I finally get my order wrong as can be I took the order inside immediately the manager comes over I tell her what I ordered 3 hamburgers no pickle no onion and small fry she proceeded to tell me I can fix the burgers I will have to pay extra for my small fry and I will have to assume the cost for the coke that I never ordered again I AM NOT A COKE DRINKER. I DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW PEPSI PRODUCTS. I have never given this McDonald's any problems ever I am not the bad guy here however that is I feel how I was treated. If I behaved like that at. My job I would have been fired on the spot. I guess in this case I was looked at as the idiot. WOW. This McDonald's has had these issues and more for years I'm far from being the only one who has voiced their concerns about this McDonald's to corporate and it still keeps happening they say sorry they will address the issues and still the same no change. I'm not looking for anything from corporate other than PLEASE CAN YOU CORRECT THE ISSUE'S WITH THIS MCDONALD'S PLEASE. I GREW UP ON MCDONALD'S AND NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Read moreSo on the day I visited this location I decided to try another Mc Donalds out of my Bedford area and so I decided to try this one. Once inside look to your right coming in the door you noticed a wet floor sign that covered water or pop on the floor and the time i was there no one mopped it up a elderly couple even went on that side because there were dirty tables on the left side of the dining area which is my next point all of the tables on the left side were all dirty and the drink station did not have napkins and also had old pop on the counter of the drink station. The pop dispenser should have been alot coolder than what it was without ice so it seem like it needs to be checked the pop was not cold at all. When you have wet floor signs for spills that needs to be taken care of immediately not wait there were a total of 5 elderly people 4 women and 1 male that went pass that sign to eat on the right side of the dining area and i was praying they did not slip. On the right dining room area one of the elderly women even had on a back brace and not only she was being careful where she stepped but also went to go get someone from the front to wipe off her table. The cashier was nice about it and she did apologize to the lady. Then later a guy came out and wiped down the tables he even spoke. With all this being said it is just to motivate your crew about the cleanliness and safety of this establishment. My food was very hot like I asked. I don't know the employees (cashier at the window) name that was completely rude, but I was at this location between 2:00p.m. and 2:30p.m. on Wednesday, 2/27/2019. I have never sent a review because I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this employee should not be employed by McDonalds! This is not the first ride incident I have had with this employee. pulled up to place my order. I had to say hello before anyone would respond. Girl said I can take your order when your ready. Gave my order and I had to repeat myself again. She put the wrong sauce on the screen and asked her if she corrected it. You could tell by her response that she was offended by me asking if she simply corrected it. She did not say yes or no. She took her good old time coming to the window. Told me the amount. Took the card, put the payment through and said nothing. 8 then pulled up to the next window to get my food. Again, she took her good old time. Handed me my food and drink without one word and she closed the window on me. I waved another employee down, and asked the employee what her name was, she played off as if he didn't know and asked why I would need to know.
