Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ocala

Today I placed an order for the deep dish three meat pizza. When I arrived at the 1606 Nw 10th street in Ocala, FL, the lobby was packed with waiting customers. I advised the cashier that I had place a pick up order and after taking my name she advised that my order was not ready. After waiting for about 10 minutes she gave me my order. When I got home my wife and I continued watching the ravens game and nto my second slice of pizza, I bit into something hard. Upon taking it out of my mouth I discovered a Pinkey size false finger nail. I called and spoke to the manager and advised her of the situation. She didn't seem to be disgusted with information and offered to prepare another pizza for me. Upon which I obviously rejected and ended our conversation. Beware when eating from this establishment, I don't think this would pass health department standards. I wonder what...

So the website is all messed up right now.

First, it signed me out... after getting my order just right..... for no reason.

And then I couldn't log back in due to an invalid recaptcha token that didn't exist.... even when I used the desktop site instead of the mobile site.

Last, the pizza saver coupon for 20% off a second pizza did not work despite having two pizzas in my cart. It only applied once I removed the 9.99 pizza bites !?? So they lost out on $22 in revenue, and the delivery driver lost out in additional tips because the coupon gods can't get the algorithm straight. 🙄😡

And even after going through all of that, I couldn't even place my order because it logged me out.

So they once again lost out on a $65+ order.

And it's absolutely ridiculous to me that we can't even edit menu items to add extra cheese or sauce, knowing we will have to pay more for...

The service is terrible plus they told me on the phone they do not do take out orders when I called they told me to come in to pick up what I wanted but when I arrived with my son the staff at this location told me they were closed me and my son looked at the time it was only 10:45 they close at 11 the service was terrible plus other customers came and they called in their orders I know they called cause the staff asked them what they ordered they served them before us so I was lied to by this location the cook rush getting my order ready then put way too much sauce on the pizza's I ordered it aggervated my wife's ulsers so I give it one star this location plus your had loud music playing from a car outside with a small crowd out side twerking the parking lot looked like a small hole in the wall club not professional cooperated will be...
