Stopped in for dinner Sunday night and paid with my cash app card. My card was never returned to me but didn’t realize it until I got home later in the evening and was alerted by a email that my cash app card just made a purchase to Amazon for $58.52. Upon reading that I realized I didn’t have my card. Be very aware of possible theft from this location when paying with a card and not cash . Will never eat here again and anyone and everyone I know , won’t either !!! I did reach out to your establishment and you refused to refund me! I came to the restaurant the next day and my card was returned to me. My physical card was left at your restaurant from 5:20pm till 11:30 am the next day! My card was used at 9:37pm THAT NIGHT that it was in your possession!! Someone from your location used my card! IF your server returned my card to me , it would have been on the front counter , where I was standing when I handed it to her and then filled out my receipt and left a 15$ tip! Furthermore , if you take this matter very seriously as you say …. Tell me how come we didn’t hear from your store manager until 9pm the NEXT NIGHT ????? She had ALLLLL DAY to call me back and waited till almost closing of...

I'm really getting discouraged at the way restaurants are rated. Everything is a 4.5 stars... to me 4.5 stars should rock your world. It should be the kind of meal that you would struggle to make at home. For 4 stars the ingredients should be NOTICEABLY fresh and the experience should be special. This has little to do with the price - I think "mid priced" restaurants ($$, $$$) are often way worse than lesser ones ($). Unless we really came on a off day (it was a slow Monday) this place is farrrrrrr farrrrrrr from a 4.5. First, the people... no complaints there - nice friendly folks. Unfortunately that's the only positive we could find about this place. The chips were stale and greasy. The salsa was not fresh - I've had better from a jar. The fish tacos were tilapia, fishy tasting and DEFINITELY not fresh. The topping on the tacos tasted like it came premix out of a bag. My wife could only stomach one of the 3 and gave up. My Chili Verde was so bad I could not even finish 1/4 of it. Even the Spanish rice was flat and the refried beans tasted like they came out of a can. Seriously... if you rate this a 5 star establishment you really need to...

It's horrible when regulars come on the same day as Cinco de Mayo. House serving $18 drinks in plastic cups and toss out their regulars and have ONLY ONE bartender!!! WHY? Either trying to grab as much money and close... and serving a limited menu... 3 of my guests spilled their drinks because plastic is knocked over very easily.... their DJ was fun, but don't screw the people that feed you all year round. They never replaced one of those drinks that were knocked over. FRIENDS THAT LEFT called this extortion, price gouging, told me it was illegal and went to another establishment. They were so mad... And why have ONLY ONE bartender on Cinco de Mayo, when you're price gouging in plastic?!!!! Really bad customer service. Their wait staff tried, but failed. I hope they survive the summer months. As a regular, or past regular, of this restaurant, without price gouging for Cinco de Mayo, the food was pretty good. The only advice I have for this restaurant is to be prepared and don't gouge on a...

Sizzlin’ Fajitas ~ Huge Margs ~ Great Service Cinco de Mayo is nice spot for inexpensive, quality Mexican food and a large menu with a variety of entrees as well as delicious (and huge) margs. I have come here several times now and have always gotten shrimp & steak fajitas or the pineapple shrimp fajitas both of which are great. The margaritas are huge and also very good. Finally, the service has been quick and all of the servers I have encountered have been wonderful. I would recommend dining at Cinco de Mayo!

As far as Mexican food goes, it's pretty good. Good portion size and great tasting food. I ordered the fajita enchilada and my wife got the fajita chicken salad. We also ordered queso as an appetizer. The place is located in Publix plaza and is pretty unassuming from the outside. Once inside, has a great Mexican restaurant theme. A really nice bar area too. If you like it spicy, make sure you order the house hot sauce!
