We went to the beer garden to listen to the band. The band was actually great. There was not a lot of people at all maybe 15 including us. We ordered sushi and wings at the bar. The wings took 40 minutes were ice cold and were served in a metal cafeteria type tray and did not have a dipping sauce, when I asked for a side of blue cheese the bartender said we don’t carry that. I asked if maybe they could ask upstairs if they had it and she said no I don’t think so and walked away:. I also ordered an extra dirty Gray Goose martini she gave me shelf vodka in a plastic cup no olive juice, when I asked for olive juice the same bartender replied we are low on olive juice so you can’t have any!!! She had no problem taking the change to the $18 martini served in a plastic cup! Thank god the for the other bartender who was amazing! She fixed my drink and helped with our cold food . When I asked the incompetent bartender for a to go container she gave me one with a lid that did not fit. When I showed her she replied yeah sorry l can’t find one that fits! I said well maybe go upstairs and get one she then proceeded to come back with numerous very small containers that would hold maybe 2 wings, again the other bartender brought me a to go container with a lid that fit. Overall the bartender who served us was incompetent and useless. The manager blamed the bartenders saying he has tried to improve the downstairs but they fought him, saying they like the low class vibe downstairs and refuse to make any changes my improvements! My husband and I went here for dinner last night and we have really mixed feelings - I would give the food a 4.5 star rating, the decor a 4 and the service a 1. Add $14 martinis and I'm giving this place a 3 star rating.

The night started out nicely, but as soon as we ordered dinner, our waitress was MIA. She never asked if we wanted another drink (we did) and the girl helping bus tables wound up reluctantly asking if we wanted dessert. The table next to us was having the same issue with getting drinks.

After we ordered dessert and coffee, the dessert came out instantly (so preplated maybe?) and the coffee took another 10 minutes! My husband said to wait until the coffee so we sat there staring at our dessert while the wait staff leaned against a nearby wall staring into space. Once our coffee finally came, our waitress finally appeared again and just dropped the check on our table. For the prices they're charging, you don't want to be treated like you're eating at a diner.

We felt rushed and like a second thought to our waitress. Also the wait staff just stood against the wall outside the kitchen (right next to our table) which made us feel like we're being watched while we ate.

Our appetizer was delicious, my gnocci was out of this world but my husband's pomodoro pasta was SO bland - it tasted like just garlic and tomato paste - no seasoning at all.

Great looking spot for those summer afternoons.. To be honest I would leave the kids at home but they have plenty of things kids can do to keep themselves entertained. Food was so so and they can do better if they tried. Service was up there with the worst I've ever experienced. The server did not look the part and was more interested in playing with animals, Food came out sporadically with one plate for this person a few minutes later the same for another. One order was wrong, mine was cold. It became even colder when I realized I couldn't eat it with my hands as the server never brought out knives and forks. I saved the day once I found the server and was handed napkins and forks tucked away in their side pocket. Maybe this is why my food was cold but who knows. After dinner we all talked over our half eaten plates for a couple of hours until we got the check, well I mean hunted down another server to bring our check as our server was still playing with pets. Fortunately for us the table was finally cleaned up as we were standing up to leave. Would have loved another round of drinks but heck still waiting for that water we ordered.
