I placed an order with this location online for delivery tonight a little before 9pm. It says here that this place is open until 1 am. It's not a holiday or anything like that.. I got an email conforming my order. I saw that ALEX put my order in the oven (according to their 'tracker') right after I placed the order. The $24.40 was also taken out of my bank acct. I checked. Well here it is... 10:39 now. Still no pizza. About 30 mins ago I started to get worried that it hasn’t t shown up yet, so I called the store. No one is answering the phones. It's as if they've closed. if they did close early tonight for some odd reason, wouldn't it have made sense to LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW?! Nope. Still sitting here with no pizza and the tracker is now saying there is no order associated with my phone number. I know I put in all the right info, because this is a repeat order. My credit card info and everything else was already saved and on file from last time. The fact that they don't even have the decency to call or email me and let me know they can't fill it for whatever reason is beyond me. So unprofessional. And when I call, no one is answering... and there isn't even an answering service. It says "the person you called has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet.    Read moreI have ordered from this location a few times. A few years they couldn't get themselves together so I stopped ordering from them. Tried again recently and the type of bread I ordered was wrong but I didn't complain. Bread is bread and mistakes happen. Today I ordered at 11:10am. I have plans today and have to leave by 12:30. The tracker said my order left the store at 11:32am. I am 2 miles from this location. At 10 after 12 I decided to cancel because my food had been out for 40mins and I had plans. I wouldn't have time to eat even i did receive it. I called the store and the girl that answered answered like she was upset about just getting a call. When I told her I wanted to cancel she didn't ask why. Just rudely said it was on the road. I still did not want it as at this point I had to leave in 15mins. With no questions, apologies or explanations she told me she would call the driver. I said thank you and she hung up on me. Unacceptable behavior. I know customers can be difficult and alot of things can happen that would make a delivery arrive late but if a customer is polite to you even when you and your business have been less than acceptable you should not take your problems out on them. I dont eat a ton of pizza but I would've considered this an off day and whenever I had a few hours to wait I would have ordered again.    Read moreThis place deserves 0 stars. I placed an order for 11:45 am nothing had arrived by 12:00. I simply placed a call to the store and said I am just trying to track down my order, the manager informs me that there was no orders for 11:45 even though I had an email, she later confirmed that it was the 1:45 order I do not have a driver until 1pm, then why only offer to have delivery for 11:45? This is the 4th time I have had nothing but rude customer service and no driver available. I stated to her this statement and she starts to yell back at me its not her fault. I had her cancel and I hung up. I called back 10 minutes later to simply ask for the manager and she said I the manager. I told her I apologize if that came off but your store is nothing but a problem and she tells me she felt attacked like everyone else does to her on the phone. No offense if you cannot take criticism and handle those situations, why are you a manager and why are you in customer service.
