Subway — Restaurant in Odenville

We ordered online at 7pm, order was approved, confirmed and paid. Got confirmation to pickup at 7:25pm. I get there at 7:30 and they are closed, freshly mopped floor and lights are still on. What is the point of online ordering if the store will cancel it after it’s confirmed and closes when they decide it’s time to close not at the actual closing time which is advertised at 9:30pm. If you don’t accept online orders then just say so, don’t have people drive to your restaurant to find out it’s closed. Thanks for the email that said my order was cancelled BY ME when I didn’t...

This Subway is not one I would use as a model for others. They don't accept coupons an that's a waste of good paper, plus it's expensive to eat there. The price of extra meat on a sandwich is ludicrous! C'mon guys! Also, I get gift cards at times, Visa or American Express, and they never work there, but they work everywhere else. It doesn't appear that the employees know how to run them. Anyway, you need some senior specials. I bought two 12" Clubs, extra meat, no drinks or chips, and it's right at $25.00. I have to say, that won't happen again and I'll be using Arby's coupons...

Went inside and ordered two ultimate BMT subs. They're supposed to come with double cheese. They did not put double cheese on it. I noticed it as soon as they came out of the toaster said something about it and was lied to by the female employee on shift on Friday, June 13th around 5:45 p.m. stephen, I double layered the cheese which I could clearly tell I had not been done then proceeds to sloppily throw my sandwiches together and then didn't want to give me a bag to walk out with my food in.
