It was our first time coming and we are super glad a manager or apparent manager stepped in to come wait on us! We appreciated it!

Our server barely showed up to our table because she was in the back talking to other employees or standing at a single table of her friends just hanging out. We ordered appetizers and a cheese dip that required chips and she brought none and we had to wait a while for her to come back to say “we need chips for this”. She never came to refill our drinks. My mom, who has come here a lot, had to walk up there to the counter and address her and the manager and say “we’ve been waiting a while for some assistance and you’ve been chatting over there with your friends and we have no drinks”. We love this place. We have come here on multiple occasions, And their food never disappoints. We came tonight, and the customer service is above and beyond. We received our food and didn’t have silverware. We barely waited, and we were not even the slightest upset, but one of the owners (or family member of owner-can’t remember) saw we didn’t have any. Not only did he bring us the silverware, he also did drinks on the house. Which was definitely not expected, but appreciated. They take care of their customers and make sure everything is always up to standard. A true family owned business that care for their community. Highly recommend.

Was with a party of 8 and my food never arrived. I reminded the waiter. 25 minutes later my food was delivered to the table. I refused it and told them to send it back as the others in my party were finished eating. I asked to speak to the manager. He kept interrupting me as I calmly tried to explain why I didn’t want the food. He did comp mine and my spouse’s meal and we paid for our beverages. I even left a tip! The manager followed me out of the restaurant and to my car trying to explain that they were short staffed, after he explained that to me earlier.
