Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Odessa

I have never had service from a place like I just got until tonight. No words can describe how pissed off I am. I placed my order for delivery at 710pm, it was checked and in the oven at 736pm, my email confirmation said 35-46 minutes, so I expected it by 8pm. I live 2 miles from the restaurant. I called at 819pm to check on my order and get an ETA. I had to call 3 times due to being on hold for 5+ minutes. The last time I called at 831pm I spoke with 3 people, one was a woman who was very very rude, then placed me on hold in the middle of my conversation, then a man who placed me on hold, then ending with the young lady that had prepared my order, Samantha. She told me my order was ready but waiting on a driver; remind you this is about 835pm, an hour and a half after my order was placed. My order arrived at 856pm. Yes it was nearly warm, but my driver; Shelby was very apologetic and had followed my delivery instructions to a T. That is the only reason she got a tip. My son didn’t even get a chance to eat because it was so late. I will not place a order for delivery from this particular store any longer, and if I do, I will carry out. Along with this review I will be contacting cooperate directly and filing a formal complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT...

Okay. Look .. here the gist of it. This store is good to order delivery earlier in the day. Decent wait times But be prepared for a wait if you order past about 9pm. As that's when things busy. I understand the way delivery based places work. And it's because of low sales, and high labor cost on an hour to hour base, sometimes they don't have enough drivers in duty to keep up with a sudden rush. I'll be straight with ya. If you call to place a delivery. And the person on the phone says 30min -1 hr it's probably okay to order. However. There are occasional times where you may hear a 1-2hr time. Be prepared for possibly 2hr.

Like I said earlier the things that may affect delivery time are as follows. •Fluctuations in orders throughout the day/night •sales vs labor cost.(means if sales are mediocre and labor is high people get sent home) •large timed orders.(schools and businesses) •traffic. (Yes I know. You're probably thinking "traffic affects my delivery time?") Of course. These guys drive cars don't they? Yes. Traffic is a huge hurdle to delivery drivers. Especially at night here. With oilfield influx of people, and trucks...

Less than One Star! I ordered a 14ct of wings and an 8ct of wings at around 11pm and my order actually arrived at my location at approximately 1:45am! Before I could even open the boxes to check my order, the box itself was ice frozen cold and the wings were just as cold. Needless to say, I sent them back so that the manager can see for herself exactly how pathetic the "quality check" of the restaurant is at this location. When I called the location and spoke to the manager, she did not apologize for the problem at hand or attempt any other forms of damage control. All she did was comply with my request for a refund. I work in the medical field in a hospital at night, so my options are extremely limited on lunch if I don't bring something with me to eat. Thanks to this immense attention to customer service and detail, I now get to go hungry for the rest of the night.
