Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Odessa

Very Unprofessional Manager and Employees. I ordered online and was a certain time to expect my order to be delivered. An hour after ordering I was still waiting for it to arrive. I called and finally got the manager on the phone to which she assured me that a driver was just then leaving with my order. This was at 6:19pm. I waited and waited and waited still no delivery driver. So I call back and am placed on hold for the Manager again. She never got on the phone and instead I waawhung up on. My order finally arrived at around 6:45pm or later. My children were missing a chicken nuggets and my pasta was dried out and had a weird taste. So not only do they not provide extra cheese when you pay for it but they STRAIGHT UP STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! when ordering we had added cinnamon rolls to the order with the 5 dollar deal. When the delivery driver got to the door they told us that they had been taken off the order but still charged us for the same price. When we called to complain they told us there was nothing we could do and pretty much kept the extra as a tip when we had already tipped. Scam artist, terrible employees, dishonest business practices, please please please just order from West county road where they actually care about customers. Rarely do they get the order wrong. I don't think it's happened in 2 years. Always has the upbeat happy person working the front. Sometimes a coupon that I was not aware of is applied and money is saved. It's not common but those are the little things that keep me coming back to this specific Pizza Hut. Pizza is great. Cinnamon Bread is amazing and never skimpy on the Cinnamon/sugar mix. Now if only they would carry diet root beer this place...
