Subway — Restaurant in Odessa

Service is terrible! Second time this happens to us. First time we let it slide. This time it is just too much! There’s a Little Hispanic girl that claims she doesn’t know Spanish and makes fun of another Hispanic girl that works there because she doesn’t know English. This girl is extremely rude, constantly side eyes and rolls her eyes when you tell her what you want. As she’s preparing my food she throws the veggies on the sub sloppy and floods it with the condiments. I told her I wanted to speak with her manager to give me her name. And she rudely answered you don’t need to know my name just call and say it was the girl working. There is a sign in there that states all employees must wear a name tag and she doesn’t wear one so I couldn’t get her name.

The costumer service was good but the food was terrible so an older lady took my order and other than a slight problem with her not being able to hear me it was ok after i got my order went Back to my house.
