Recieved someone elses meal early this week. After driving to shop to eat it 2.5 miles away. You would think it was a 4hr drive. The food was food so we just dealt our hand and ate the oldest tots, oldest flat dry burgers. Just to get thru our day. Called the manager (Megan) she dont say her name to customers. Told her our issue that its one thing to get it all wrong but another to have the oldest food cooked up supposedly 7min prior. She promised 1 free combo as replacement when we decide to come back. Fair enough. Sunday(today) comes. We choose to get me a breakfast meal and some side fried pickles. Megan (so called manager) was present when i asked for my complimentary replacement meal combo. She decides to decline my request even though a smart manager would say hey, thats a good trade. He wants a egg burrito and a coffee instead of a double meat buger that costs us much more! Happy customer and we avoid loosing a customer possibly! Nope, this ignorant fool chose to tell me i needed to eat what i ordered last time or pay for my meal. Not lacking the ability to pay for my meal here guys. Paying for a cusyomer service promise after paying for garbage food the first time that wasnt even what i ordered is the problem. To say the least, people like manager meagan?, dont have any business being a manager. Sad too because we frequented this sonic 3-4× a week and between the fantastic car hops that work hard and 60% of the time the food is ok. I also tip them 2$ every visit, guess its elswhere from now on and all those that are sick of the sad definition of customer service and fast food industry we have to deal with...
Read moreI pulled in wanting two Sonic drinks, its like 8:20pm. There were 4 lights going off and 2 lights that were going off but they already left. So i waited, no one took my order my light stopped blinking. So i decided with my management at sonic for 3 years i would go in an help them. i walked in there, they said i could help. i put on a headset, but the battery wasnt working, by the time i got a battery that would work there was no orders to take. They looked understaffed meaning only one kitchen worker, one two carhops, and one person taking orders and then the manager. The employees seem really nice and chill though. But anywho they were like okay theres no more orders thank you so much for wanting to help. So i said "Okay im gonna go push my button now" you know to order, and i went got in my car pressed my button, waited, waited, and my light stopped blinking, so i just left. Very unsatisfied especially because i just wanted a drink for me and my husband. Look if you guys tryn to higher me at $14 an hour for day time/evening to like 8pm management...

I ordered 2 double cheeseburger with only meat and cheese dry and a jr one the same way and received them all without cheese, and I ordered cinna snacks and they were raw along with old fries. I was in no hurry and told them I would wait for fresh fries too, but that didn’t seem to matter. When I got home I called asking to speak with the manager on duty and was hung up not once but THREE TIMES, and out of those three times I spoke with two different people so either the manager wasn’t taking calls or wasn’t on duty, SO I THOUGHT. However when I waited 40 mins and called back and didn’t ask for a manger a nice gentleman told me if I brought the cinna snacks back they’d cook them right and I ask if they had a manger on duty at that time and he told me they in fact did and her name was Alyssa.
