This place is Odessa’s best coffee shop, hands down. Have you ever finished a latte and thought, “I’m going to go get another one.”? Well you will after trying this place. Without exception, the best Mocha I’ve had in my life…

Just a cool and cozy little setup. It’s a bus that’s been turned into a coffee shop. Sweet blonde girl in the front taking orders and some rugged guy in the back making drinks. Let me tell you this guy (I honestly don’t know him or I would tell you his name) is a master of the barista craft.

My wife and I like to try new places and just happened to land at Chiaro’s this morning. We are driving back to Midland sipping our drinks in amazement at how good they are as i write this.

Coffee lovers… If you like coffee like I do, and you live within 20 miles, don’t spend your money at one of those ubiquitous chain stores. Get over to Chiaro’s. If you live within 100 miles, and you love coffee, you should plan for a once a week visit at the least. You owe it to yourself to come get one of these coffee drinks.

Chiaro Coffee is a gem for Odessa. The friendly owners serve up your favorite coffees with unique specialty options both hot and iced. I highly recommend the Hygge latte featuring caramel and cardamom. Samples are available if you're like me and had no idea what cardamom tasted like! The fresh-made baked goods are awesome, too. Atmosphere is neat for this area featuring a retrofitted trolley straight out of a storybook. Packaging was nice and service was fast....

Coffee shop in a former trolley! I went around 10am and it almost looked like it was closed but luckily tried the door and they were open. Nice variety of menu. I had a hot vanilla latte and chocolate crossaint. You can actually taste the vanilla and the coffee wasn’t watered down. Crossaint was not dry and tasted good! They were all very friendly....
