I NEVER put a complaint on anyone cuz I’m a very understanding person and i get people have some off days. But this experience was by far the worst! We waited for about 20 mins to be sat down which wasn’t bad at all. As soon as we sat down our waitress AMBER got our drinks and our order. We waited about 40 mins when she realized that we still didn’t have our order out then she asked us what we had and she said she would go check on it. She came back to tell us that she never ended up placing our order but she would go ahead and place right away and offered us free chips and queso. She was very apologetic. We said okay and we understood. We waited about another 30-40 mins. When our order finally come out, my order was wrong! She then again apologize and put in my order AGAIN! She was very apologetic once again and even told us about her being a single mother of a two year old while she was making small talk. My husband and I were very understanding and told her everything fine. We just wanted our order correct. While i was waiting on my order to be corrected, my husband handed me a $100 gift card from Walmart that he received from work. I never ended up putting in my wallet and left it on the table. We got our order and we eat and ended up tipping our waitress even with all the mistakes that happened. No complains what so ever. When we got home i realized that i left the gift card on the table. We called and asked about it, they told us nobody found anything. My husband went up there and talked to the manager David and said he couldn’t do anything about. He talk to Amber and Emily (Busser) but they said didn’t know anything about the gift card. Smdh! My husband finally told the manager our whole experience and the manager David said he didn’t do anything about it or even seem to care! I know there’s dishonest people out there but come on after all the stuff we put up with and they still decided not to hand over what was ours is just pitiful! WE WILL NEVER...
Read moreThis place is the worst BWW. We came here because we wanted some wings and the place was pretty empty, so we assumed we'd get good fast service. Man were we wrong! When we walked in we waited to be seated because there were two employees standing by the register & the hostess podium, after they refused to acknowledge us I asked if we just sat ourselves and one of the girls said "yeah", so we picked two tables in front of a TV so we could watch a game. My two teens sat in a table next to the one I sat at with my mother and my two toddlers and after a few minutes a waitress came and asked them for their order. My daughter told her they were with me and that I'd order, so the waitress came and told me she'd go get my waitress. I didn't understand why she didn't take my order, because even if it wasn't her table to wait on, the restaurant was pretty much empty with just two other tables being occupied. So she goes to get my waitress and as the other waitress comes out they just start arguing over who's going to take the order and eventually both just walk away towards the front area by the entrance. After a while I decide we had to leave but request to speak to the manager. They tell me they can't remember their managers name and another lady responds with the managers name. The manager then comes out and I tell him what occurred, but he just stares at me and doesn't say much, not even an apology. As we start to walk out, the waitress yells and says that she sat us, to which I responded by reminding her that she was too busy chatting to have set us and that she was lying. Overall the place looked and smelled bad, yet they had atleast five employees just chatting as if they...
Read moreI came here first about 2 months ago. I sat at the bar. I waited about 15 min for the bartender to greet me. After ordering a beer, she then waited about another 15 min to take my food order. I was not tended to while I ate, had to ask for a refill of water, and then for my check. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and left a small tip anyways.
I return today and sit down at the bar once more. This time several employees are walking around and going behind the bar. I had no idea who the bartender was. After about 10 min this time I see the same bartender as before slowly walking to the bar top from the front door with her head looking down at her phone in her hands... she then proceeds to check on every other customer and ticket that has printed from other server's orders. I'm ready to leave at this point.
Finally, she approaches me and takes my drink order. I tell her I'm ready to order food and do. An item was missing but again and I tell the food runner. I'll pretend the kitchen didn't prepare it. I tell her about said item and she says she'll get it. She proceeds to make drinks instead. The food runner returns with the item after never being notified by the bartender..
As I'm writing this message, she's still on her damned phone..
I served tables for 2 years (12 years ago) as my first job and again for about a year and a half (about 2 years ago) for extra money. I know what the job includes and the difficulty. About 6 months of that period was at a BWW. I WILL NOT...
