Horrible! My husband I drove out of way on our way back downstate . We go in and the girl with the biggest black nose stud I’ve ever seen took our order. She was rude! I wanted an med ice coffee with Carmel almond milk and sugar, my husband ordered a large double double. The girl told me to add the sugar myself To my ice coffee. I said no that’s not how it works. She didn’t want to fix the mistake she made and still pushed our order through. The co worker to this horrible person we’re talking bad about us and made my husbands coffee with no sugar and slammed the cup down on the counter and they all walked away from us. This is so u called for. My coffee was horrible it wasn’t what I ordered at all and my husbands coffee was gross. Do better !! Don’t take ur lack of customer service or people skills out on those who were nice to you. She was lazy and didn’t wanna fix her mistake on my order and put it on us. I hope they lose their jobs for their disrespect or need to be re trained ....

I have tried giving this place a few "second chances" but the staff continue to drop the ball every time. I don't know who the manager or owner is but they need to get their staff in line. I have made at least 10 mobile orders for a coffee and a couple doughnuts. Every single time I come in the coffee is there but the doughnuts are nowhere to be found. I'm lucky if I can get a staff to look at or acknowledge me and have often stood there waiting. Then when I do get a staff to help me you're often out of the doughnuts. The point of a mobile order is to have it ready so I can pick it up and go. Your staff are lazy and not driven at all. I'll make the extra drive to Starbucks for the coffee. Went there about 4 months ago. Got the large hot caramel cappuccino. The first 2 times the coffee was good. The 3rd and 4th time it was luke warm..but tasted good. I then realized that over 25% of my drink was milk foam. I worked at a coffee house before and realize that foam does come on a cappuccino. But when you order it with no foam...making it...you don't add foam. Id put more coffee in not milk. They handed me a damned latte. A LATTE. If I wanted a something to put me to sleep..such as hot milk I would've ordered a latte. I went there for coffee...a cappuccino...not latte. When I poured out part of my 5 dollar drink sure enough, all milk. No more. Lost a customer for a...
