B-K Root Beer — Restaurant in Ohio

I stopped in to grab a burger as I often have , just so happens I was wearing a "Trump" hat that day. From the moment that I stepped up to the counter I was treated Very Rudely by the young lady that waited on me. I was also meet with the fact by another employee that I should not be wearing the hat because people wearing any Trump apparel have been getting beat up. I expressed to the gentleman that it was no problem because I also exercise my second amendment rights. The manager was right there and witnessed all that had happened and said nothing! As I said, the girl waiting on me was visibly rude, he said nothing. As I left and thought about it, I felt taken back a bit and decided I would not let it bother me. The one thing for sure is that I will never darken the doorstep of this establishment again. I will also let as many people as possible know how things went down. I used to love bringing the grandkids to this place. The food was always good. Ever since covid hit they have went with a car hop pickup option only. So know that the dining room is closed and you cannot go inside to pick your order up nor is there a window outside to pick your order up at. So today I tried calling ahead and told them I would be there in 10 minutes. Upon my arrival there's no option in the pickup area other than parking and waiting. I called as soon as I arrived and was told someone would be right out. I sat there for 15 minutes watching servers go in and out of the building and in some cases , to the cars that pulled in long after I did. This is a horrible system. It's your business so closing the dining room is up to you and I knew that before I went. We stopped by after a ball game and it was close to closing and my kids were really hungry. I understand the staff wanted to go home but this was ridiculous. 2 staff members that I could see were vaping in the restaurant. My son (was trying to be funny but was also serious) knocked and asked the guy to stop vaping while preparing our food. My son was ignored and they continued. Our food took forever and they blamed it on the fryer being off but my friend got her food 15+ minutes before me and when we got our food it was wrong. While we were waiting for our food the same guy who was asked to stop vaping was staring at my son and pointing at him.
