I was super disappointed with the customer service I got today. I was double charged for an item on my receipt, when I called back, no one would help me. I asked to speak to a manager and Jasmine talked to someone for a moment then hung up on me. I tried to call back and the employees screened my call and didn't answer. When I finally did get through I spoke with Abraham. He told me to bring my receipt back in, and I tried to tell him I live 20 minutes away and he said "Well good then you'll have plenty of time to come back on Monday". I then let them know it was really rude of them to hang up on me without simply telling me "There is no manager here until Monday". Abraham then got really aggressive and loudly told me that he and Jasmine were both too busy to be courteous to me on the phone. Apparently just hanging up on me made more sense. So I said okay, I'll be making a complaint to corporate. He saod "OKAY CALL CORPORATE" then asked if he could get me that number and I was like yeah that'd be great. He hung up on me again. I then tried to call back a final time to simply ask if I do come bring the receipt back, will they be able to fix it today? As I work throughout the week and going in on Monday isn't an option. Read moreI went to pump gas and the pump charged me $150 plus I was only allowed $12 in gas. I went in to the store to demand why. They said it was a holding charge for using a debit card. The card is a prepaid one, that my money would be returned in 5-10 minutes. I still didn't have it back on my card 50 minutes later. I couldn't get enough gas to get me home. There are no signs indicating this was happening. I tried calling the store back and they hung up on me. Beware, Beware of this company, not an honest company. I am hoping for the best that I get my $150 back. I am not from the area so I can't get back in their face, all I can do is warn others, not to buy from this company unless you have cash on yóu. Read moreOdered 3 pizzas tonight. Got there and waited at the pizza counter for quite a while before being acknowledged. 1 pizza was already boxed. 1 was still cooking. Pizza girl clearly missed that I had ordered 3 pizzas. Told her not to worry, just take it off the bill. She didn't know how to do that and neither did the cashier. Cashier calls manager at home. "Make a new ticket" was the answer. Cashier told me to step aside until they can make a new pizza ticket. Pizza girl is nowhere to be found. Cashier leaves to go find her. I'm left standing to the side, waiting, going home with 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered, which are cold at this point. Long line of customers behind me. Decided enough was enough.
