So me and my fiancé went in to get a tuna stub and a meatball sub and the was no Cucumbers. So i decided to try to gt a salad instead and I was informed there was no lids for my salad dressing when I asked why was there no Cucumbers or lids and I was told management said the cucumbers where a seasonal item. I was very much confused. After 20 mins of trying to figure out what me or my fiancé wanted to eat we decided not to gt anything and jst gt something to drink but we couldn’t gt tht either because the machine is not working . It jst seems like the store is falling apart and it’s very irritating. There was only one worker in the store when we went and she tried her best to help but we where so unpleased because this isn’t the first time we have come into the store to gt food and they didn’t have the item or items we wanted. The only reason we do go back of for Leah because she friendly and tells us we should hve the items next time but then we go back and they don’t . There never a manager there to give our complaint to so we ask Leah to pass them along but it seem like noting it changing. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. Read moreI used to love this Subway and would come here all the time but over the last year or so the quality and variety has gone down a lot compaired to other nearby Subways. Months back I started going to the one in Huber heights instead, but today I decided out of convenience to go to this one and see how it was doing now. only to find out they stopped carrying all soup all together. even in the winter time. Pretty disappointing. I understand it might not sell as well at this location but maybe there would be a way to prepare half as much a day or something. It's a pretty big menu item to just discontinue from this location completely. Also every time I get the rotisserie chicken sub from this Subway it's always full of a bunch of juice and the bread is a soggy mess by the time I get home, when at other subways they seem not to have this problem when preparing this sub. I try not to complain too much about fast food, but it's a pretty big let-down that after all these years it has gone this way. Looking at the bowl it appeared complete. Get to my destination and there is no meat or cheese. I called to see if I could get a refund or instore credit. The answer was "no, we can't do anything because it's an online order". They asked me to come back and they would have the corrected bowl waiting on me. I cannot miss meetings or alter a work schedule because you failed at your job. I should have opened the container and looked for the most expensive part.
