Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Ohio

This is go around number two with Cassano’s. The first complaint was never resolved so I figured I’d give him a chance. Maybe it was a fluke so at 11:15 today I order food for noon pick up so I can have it on my lunch break I get there at 12:08 the food‘s not ready. They hadn’t even started making it but yet they started making people’s food that came in after me‘s food before me upon receiving my food, I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra cheese no extra cheese the old gentleman at the counter, proceeded to try to take my pizza in the back to just throw cheese on top of it. I declined. I didn’t contacted the manager who I was told they could do a remake it would take about 30 minutes which defeats the purpose because I’m at lunch I called corporate. They tell me they can give me a 25% discount on my next order. Unacceptable so I guess their way of making their ends meet or you know to stay out of the red is to screw you out of the things that you pay for not offer to refund you what they don’t give it to you And make their money two or three dollars at a time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever go to Cassanos again they have no structure their employees act like it’s a burden to be at work. The quality of the food is garbage and they’re not even willing to rectify situations that they created. Not know how they stay in business it is in Pauling and once again I left a message for a district manager that I’ll never get a call back. I don’t know how many messages I’ve left for Miss Miller. Every time I am home in Dayton I have to have my fix of Cassano's Pizza and a few other favorites. I have gone to this location the last few times I've been home, and it's sad to say the that location is the WORSE when it comes to orders, I ordered my pizza on my way from Cincinnati to Dayton at about Springboro...I have never ordered a pizza that takes over an hour for pickup, that's not even delivery which I might understand. But when I order a pizza and they say it will be ready in 20 minutes for pickup and I get there and my pizza hasn't even been made and I have to wait an hour somethings wrong...Management, needs to be fired and replaced with new people as well...there are never enough people working, and if you are one of the busiest locations, then you need to make some changes‼️ Not to mention is also happens to be on the minority or lower income side of town.😔😔😔😏

I will say that the young man taking and ringing orders that night was VERY polite and apologetic, he even offered to pay for a Calzone I ordered after arriving and my pizza wasn't made, however I never even received it, it was given to someone else...lol...

Man I love Cassano's Pizza and this Location I order from here hands down 5-10 a Month pick up and Delivery and I must say most times everything is on point Delivery time,Food qaulty, customer service , Cleanilness of Store , Food Presitation everything is Great.Then there's times I have been disappointed . That complaint comes with the preparation of my order. I never called the Store to complain as you would expect. I have received Pizza that was borderline burn to Pizza not thourally cooked through in the Center.In their Defense I noticed a lot of New and Young employees when I would pick My order up and those issues were a night to night issue not the normal service I have come to expect. with all that being said I would love to give them a 5 star review I can't at this time look forward to reviewing them soon with a strong 5 in the...
