Wanted to order a $5 lunch. Was told I could not pay extra for a large beverage? Seems odd to me that I couldn't just pay an upcharge for a bigger drink like you can at every other fast food place but whatever. Then, gave them my $20. Not only did they need to use the pen to check to see if it was fake but they also held it up to the light. Not sure why they did both when one or the other would have been sufficient? Not like I'm trying to scam DQ out of $14.20 (my change). Went about 2:30, ordered a cheeseburger. Tasted like it had been sitting since noon and then had been microwaved to warm it up for my order. This was confirmed, but they used the term "blasted in the microwave" to make it seem more glamorous. Ate two bites and have been sick to my stomach since. They did refund my money, but wont be going back...

My girlfriend and I placed two online orders separately so that we could redeem two online coupons.My girlfriend went to pick up the food. The blizzard order was correct but the food was not. So my girlfriend went back in to get the order fixed. Manager claimed that the boyfriend (me) had came in and picked up the food. The issue was they grabbed our order and we grabbed theirs. He wouldn’t remake our order until my girlfriend called me to prove that I was home and didn’t pick up our food order. Very bad service from this place. They can’t make my girlfriend call me to prove I didn’t pick up any food. My girlfriend also brought in the messed up order and gave it back to the store. If we were after free food wouldn’t we also just keep the other order? We just wanted the food WE ORDERED. Rude and...

Got into the line and it was an average line. Not expecting to wait over 30 minutes. Took 10 minutes just to take our order. They never asked for our order we had to pull to the window to tell them our order because they never took it. They have advertisements for using their app all over the place but when we used it they told us they didn’t take it there. I think it was because the workers don’t want to do anything but I digress. When we finally got our order I had ordered a cookie dough blizzard and they put so much cookie dough I didn’t even know if there was ice cream in it. I’m pretty sure I could have made several cookies with the dough that was in it. This isn’t even mentioning how expensive the blizzards have gotten. I could just get a half gallon at UDF.
