Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ohio

Absolutely horrible service!! 2 young females working the drive-thru, a young black girl with a nose piercing & a young, white girl with dark hair- they both have the worst attitudes & customer service I've ever come across. This was not the first time I've had this issue with these 2. The other day, who I imagine was the manager, was (luckily) working the window & gave me a free small blizzard coupon because both me & the guy in front of me waited almost 15 minutes for 1 item- she apologized & stated the employees are "more worried about talking to their friends & family rather than working & it's ridiculous to wait that long". Tonight, I ordered food, a drink, & a medium blizzard with extra snickers- I got my food & blizzard right away, I started to drive off but quickly realized I didn't get my drink- so I backed up to the window & these 2 employees ignored me as if I wasn't there when I know they saw me- the young white girl handed me my drink, but also gave me a mouth full of attitude, as if I was an inconvenience to her for coming back for my drink- the drink I paid for! When I got home, I realized the blizzard had 2 bites worth of candy pieces in it, when I was charged $0.38 for extra! (It's usually more, but everything was 1/2 off today). If I wanted a cup full of chocolate ice cream, I would've ordered that!! Tonight was my final straw with these young employees at this location. I don't even want the free blizzard I have the coupon for- I'll drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the Boardman DQ- I've never had bad service or...

2 weeks ago I got 2 blizzards, mine had plastic in it. I took it in and was given credit for a free blizzard. Today we went in and were waited on by a very disoriented kid. I had to tell him my order 5 times and he still didn’t get it right! He’s touching his face and eyes then made the blizzards!! So disgusting!!! After a very lengthy wait we left with the wrong blizzards and I threw them away because it was runny and just the thought of him not washing his hands was disgusting! 3 people left while I was repeating my order over and over again! I love Dairy Queen, but I will not be returning to this one. Lack of customer service in all categories. The girl got my order wrong (which is no big deal, it happens and I was very polite about it). So, instead of being polite and saying sorry, she rolled her eyes like it was my fault she couldn't read and sighed like putting mint in my blizzard was such a big deal.
