Our experience was very poor. We were not even greeted when we arrived, just a "how many and do you want a booth or a table."
Once we placed our order, it went even further downhill. We could here the manager scolding the waitress because one of our orders came with potatoes yet we wanted something else that cost more than the potatoes.
I ordered a burger with white cheese- it came out with yellow cheese. I chose not to say anything.
Another of our orders came with Mac n cheese. Most of the order cam out with everyone else's food- the Mac n cheese can out at the end of our meal.
This is the kicker. One of our orders was a cheese quesadilla & fries. The waitress brought out cheese sticks and fries. We told her that we ordered quesadillas not cheese sticks. She was apologetic and said she would bring out the quesadilla. Soon after, she come out with a plate and said she was told to get the fries and take them back to the kitchen because they were not part of some meal. At this point I had had enough of explaining that none of our meals were correct. I told the waitress to bring out the quesadilla and we would pay for the food on the table- even it wasn't correct meals.
Now, I could tell that he server was getting more flustered each time the manager/cook sent her back to our table. It was our choice to simply have her bring the correct food and pay for their errors. We could not believe that we were hearing the manager scold her in front of the whole restaurant. We also couldn't believe that a manager would send the waitress to our table to take what we did order back!
Our entire experience tonight could have been so much more pleasant. Instead it was so horrific that we will never return.
Ps- to cap it off, our waitress had to cash us out which meant she had to ask us what kind of tip we...
Read moreI ordered and got fake eggs,I wanted real eggs I ordered it that way but they deside how to make the food you order Egg Beaters are a brand of egg substitute made primarily from pasteurized egg whites. Here's a breakdown of the key differences: Ingredients: Real Eggs: Contain both the yolk and the white. Egg Beaters: Primarily egg whites, with added flavors, colors, and thickeners. Nutrition: Real Eggs: Rich source of protein, vitamins (especially A, D, and B12), minerals (like iron and selenium), and healthy fats. Egg Beaters: Lower in calories, fat, and cholesterol than whole eggs due to the absence of the yolk. However, they may be fortified with some vitamins and minerals. Taste and Texture: Real Eggs: Offer a richer, more complex flavor due to the presence of the yolk. Egg Beaters: Can have a slightly different taste and texture compared to whole eggs, often described as milder or less rich. Uses: Real Eggs: Versatile and can be used in a wide range of dishes, including baking, frying, scrambling, and more. Egg Beaters: Best suited for dishes where the yolk isn't essential, such as omelets, scrambled eggs, and some baking applications. Health Considerations: Real Eggs: Generally considered a healthy part of a balanced diet. Egg Beaters: Can be a good option for people watching their cholesterol or calorie intake. In Summary: Egg Beaters offer a lower-fat and lower-cholesterol alternative to whole eggs, but they lack the nutritional richness of the yolk. Choose the option that best fits your dietary needs and...
Read moreThis was the WORST dining experience of my life! When we arrived we stood at the front waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes until the lady yelled across the restaurant for us to seat ourselves. We found a table that wasn’t covered in dirty plates and sat down. While we were waiting we had to find our own menus.. after about TWENTY MINUTES we had to flag down the young girl working. She took our order with her PHONE! When my husband asked it the sandwich he ordered has sausage she looked at the picture and said “it looks like it” 🙄 About 10 minutes later she finally brought our drinks AND THE BILL! We then decided we should probably find our own placemats and silverware. When we finally got our food my stuffed BERRY French toast was just French toast and the whipped filling.. she also dropped off a sticky glass container of syrup that was almost gone… I told her I was missing the berries and sauce for my French toast she said “I’ll go ask” and NEVER came back. About 20 minutes later we got the attention of the other lady working and told her.. she said “it’s my daughters first time.. I think she’s doing pretty good”.🙄 then went and got a bowl of cut up strawberries for me.. no blue berries and no strawberry sauce. The food was fine other than that but the service just ruined the whole experience. I understand being new and being young but that girl had not been trained at all and didn’t even seem to have...
