I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS DOMINO'S AGAIN... Reason being Ive always gotten the same thing at all the Domino's I've ever visited with no problem and this rude Heavy set white guy, a manager On Cole Street refused to put extra garlic butter on my pizza, and told me he's not doing it anymore, although I've offered to pay every time I've gone there. 🤔🤔 I asked why what was the problem and he said he's losing inventory. Well that's not my fault when I'm willing to pay like any other sauce I buy on the side. I don't see a difference. I mean they have butter and garlic dipping cups, which to me is plain Jane. I like the Herb Butter better...But that's besides the point... It saddens me because I just moved on that side of town and it's closer... But I REFUSE TO SPEND MY Money AT AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT doesn't know how to talk to or treat a customer. I buy pizza from there at least 1-2 times a week. I mean I understand very well about inventory. The solution is CHARGE PEOPLE FOR IT IF THEY LIKE IT. THAT'S MORE MONEY AND BUSINESS FOR THAT STORE, DUH. Read moreI have been giving business to this location for over 15 years. Today they got my order wrong so I called and talked to a girl who refused to believe they got it wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 7 minutes. When the manager did come she treated me as if I were trying to get something for free. She insisted that one sandwich was made correctly because she made it. Even IF that was true it would take 15 more minutes to get my guests order right so why should I have to eat mine cold because THEY got it wrong. I have never acted any way but very polite over all these years and never complained before. Finally she said she would remake the order. 2 sandwiches. Not like I was trying to get 10 food items! I cant believe they treated me so scrappy especially the manager!!!! Probably wont ever deal with domino's again. If you're that unhappy with your job that you gotta treat people like that, go work...

Refused to give me supervisor number or her name. The woman stated she was the manager and about the store and that's why she didn't have to give me her name or supervisors name or number.. very unprofessional.
