Hardee’s — Restaurant in Ohio

Unfortunately, my two most local Hardee’s stores are temporarily closed so I had to get food from the Needmore store, and I was very pleasantly surprised how great a visit it was! My phone is having touchscreen problems so I had to keep reloading the app so I could redeem points for a sandwich (btw I was really happy to find out their Wi-FI actually works here…it usually doesn’t at the other stores) and Kim the cashier was very patient with me while I tried to get the app to work. She never rushed me & was very kind the entire time and even said “please, take your time” when I explained what my phone was doing. She was awesome!

I am not sure if it was Semaj or Joann who made my Mushroom Swiss Burger but it was probably the freshest/cheesiest one I have ever had from ANY Hardee’s! It was insanely delicious! Joann is the one who brought me my food and drink and she politely asked if I needed anything more. And then when I went up to get a drink refill, Semaj was the girl who got me a refill (the lobby machine was currently out of order) and she smiled and asked if my food was good. Everyone just seemed so welcoming. Plus, I should also mention that my drink (any size) was only a $1! I don’t know if that is a limited time thing or what but it’s a good deal!

I know the fast food work field right now is not in good shape and it is too often a thankless job, but these three ladies made sure that I had a great experience and made me feel like I was a valued customer, despite never seeing me before. This store is a little farther from me than Piqua or Huber Heights but until those stores (and Greenville) get the GM they need and reopen, I am relieved to know that this store is now a great alternative in the meantime and with some really...

This location is hit or miss.... I've had absolutely amazing food from here, but not today. I pulled up to the drive thru and after several minutes with no response, I pulled around to a parking space to order inside giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I hadn't tripped the sensor. Although I could see people at tables, the doors to the dining room were locked. I tried 2 different doors and was only able to get in because another customer was leaving and opened the door for me. There were 5-6 employees in the building, 2 of which were eating at the time. Nothing wrong with that, just pointing out what I observed while there. The person at the register was friendly, so I wasn't going to bother making mention of the difficulties I had just to get to that point, but when I realized that another patron who happened to be in the drive thru line behind me also had to be let in. I let the employee know I had not been helped at the speaker and the doors were locked. This received absolutely no reaction and she went about finishing processing my payment. I had ordered a Frisco melt, large curly fry, and a large drink. Not only are the prices different from the board outside (fries were listed as 2.99 but I paid 3.49 inside), there is no way I was served a large fry. Medium at best, if that. They were hot, but hard as a rock as though they were regrouped before served to "refresh" them. My sandwich tasted fine but was definitely not hot or fresh. February 2025 Update I haven't seen it often but they made a turn around for the better! I've been here two times recently for breakfast and it was actually good. I'm glad they realized they needed to change because it flat out was bad the last several years for breakfast. I have no complaints. Food was hot, tasted good, and was fairly fast considering they are still working less people.

April 2020 update! Lazy people work here. They closed the whole time for breakfast on both days of the weekend because no one showed up to work! The tax refund check must of came in and they thought they didn't need to work! Talked to the one manager that normally works the morning later on the next week and she thought it was funny. This place needs to close down! The Frishs closed I'm guessing because the same issues. They need to actually screen the people that work here! It's insane you can not show up to work and still have a job. Clearly management is not a thing here.

March 2022 update service has improved but come on do we know how to cook? One side was cooked the other side soggy! Come on you get paid enough and it sure costs enough! I'm just asking for it to be cooked correctly! Too much to ask?
